    5MG is the dose for daily use. I take that once a day and it gets me hard with no side effects. The 36 hour dose get me hard for 36 hours, but I also had a headache for 36 hours.     I have been taking the components of Triumeq, Tivicay and Epzicon, for about a year now with excellent results and no side effect. I start Triumeq today after finishing my last Epzicon.     The class action suit was successful. You just have to call them and use the magic word, "privacy" and they will authorize them through the pharmacy you specify. I have had similar problems with United for my cholesteral and allergy meds. At one point it suddenly dawned on them that I was taking Truvada and they sent me a letter saying they wanted my Dr to call them. I assume this was about PREP, but ehn they sent me another letter saying "never mind" when, I guess, they realized a was taking it as part of a cocktail for HIV rather then PREP. It also took them 6 months to decide to approve Triumeq. The only thing I can suggest is that you complain to HR everytime they give you a problem. To me they are just a bunch of scum sucking toads

    December started out great for me with 4 loads in just the first 2 days, but then I had some intestinal issues that really slowed me down. Strangly it impacted me more orally then analy.
