I updated to iOS 9 and the header is gone and every time I click on a page, it skips as I scroll down. It doesn't matter wether I use safari or Crome. The site functions ok, just a little glitchy. BTW: everything works just fine on my Mac. And the header shows up there too. Seems to just be an issue with iOS 9. -
Talk to your doctor. I did and he said it generally is not bad unless you have heart issues. However, just about anything used too much will increase the chance of doing harm. I use them about one or two times a week and generally three or four inhales in one session. By not using it too much, I don't need to use a lot when I use them.

Start with an 8 ga ring. It will be a lot more comfortable. Make sure you clean several times a day for 7 to 10 days after getting it...also resist jerking off. Let it heal and settle down.
