@bbzh Thanks. You're not overanalysing, I have been thinking about those scenarios too. Usually I want to be in control too so to let go and see what happens is a change for me as well. I have decided to go because it has always been a fantasy and this may be the only opportunity I get to experience it. Sensible advice, thanks! Yep, there is a possibility it turns out that way, although I hope not. But it's good advice to have a back-up plan. I have only been to Pride in London although I have to say it was years ago. I stayed at a friend who took me to the event in a park during the day with two of his friends. Huge crowd. Thanks for your reply. The opportunity is too good to decline. I may never get another one like it. So yeah, more or less already decided to go.
