I can only agree with the others. Get on PrEP. Then you can enjoy both aspects which are important in your life. Although HIV is treatable now it is still not curable. I would also ask the organiser what the 'rules' are. He probably organised parties like that before. Yep. Keep in mind that northern Europe September can be cold and wet as easily as warm and sunny. So if you want some sun on your bum head south. Sitges is a good suggestion. Easy to reach from Barcelona by train or taxi ($$$). Keep in mind it's Bear Week in Sitges in September so that week it may be difficult to find a hotel. But there are plenty of other places in Spain with a gay scene.
