You may want to try jerking off a 3-5 hours before getting fucked. Long enough later that you will be horny again, but also short enough that it will take you longer to cum.

How long is virus active after taking a load
wood replied to Oldercumslut's topic in HIV Risk & Risk Reduction
HIV is fairly fragile, but given the right environment it can stay active for a long time. Unfortunately the rectum is a pretty perfect environment for HIV to thrive. If a guy takes a poz load, it will be infectious in him until it’s gone, IE, cleared out by a bowel movement. If the bottom is on PrEP, the virus is unable to reproduce, and will just be cleared out. If they are not, and the bottom becomes infected, it would start reproducing in them, and they would become infectious to others in approx 1-2 weeks. The caveat here is if the top is undetectable. The virus cannot become more virulent without infecting the receiver, so an undetectable is still very low to no risk because there is almost no virus present, and not enough to infect the bottom or another top.- 1 reply

Dont worry about it right now. If people really are going for it too much, wear a jock strap. However you are young, and there are plenty of young guys who only like to bottom at first, and then become either versatile or even more top. You might really enjoy topping later, and then you have a blessing in your pants.
-
Not surprising at all, and really today it seems like the vast majority of "safe only" guys will go raw if you say, "Im on PrEP"
-
Just as the topic states. Say today another viral outbreak occurs in the gay community and its spread by sex. Thanks to modern science we know its deadly and can find it sooner, and test, but there is no cure, and no immediate symptoms. Its just as contagious as HIV, meaning you may or may not get it with each sex act. However if you do get it its almost certain you will be dead within five years. You will watch friends and loved ones around you die, and as gay men we will probably lose another whole generation. So the question is, do you stop barebacking? the poll is there and elaborate if you respond. Sidenote, try and keep the fantasy factor to a minimum, and answer in what you would really do.
-
Exactly. This site is way too based in fantasy sometimes. ? Maybe thats what most people are here for, and I'm just the odd one out. However I know ALOT of poz guys having worked in outreach, and have had TONS of open and honest conversations with them. Every single one of them has said they would rather be neg, including some very freaky pervy guys. Somehow on here its the opposite and so many think being poz is awesome. Maybe to the minority of guys on here being poz is exciting, however if hundreds of my clients and friends say otherwise, Id venture its NOT, and this forum is just a poz fantasy world. Dont get me wrong, I enjoy hooking up with poz guys, and its kind of a turn on knowing you are doing something "wrong" But thats why Im on PrEP. Because the reality is that life isn't a forum that fetishizes being poz. Life is hard enough when you are healthy and not med dependent. And if you are poz and not on meds, the reality of what happens to you body is scary. Most people have MAYBE five years before all sorts of wierd and sometimes irreversible stuff happens to their body once their immune system is decimated without medication. Colds and Flu's easily kill you, Pneumonia comes out of nowhere and kills you, or almost kills you. you get cancers that you wouldn't otherwise. For many their dick doesn't even work because of circulatory problems. The list is endless. I had a friend die at 29 from a brain tumor because he never sought treatment for HIV. For the two years prior to him ending up in the hospital, he was always sick, could barely do anything let alone sex. He collapsed and was rushed to the hospital, thats when they found out he had almost no immune system, and a huge brain tumor. It was too late, two months later he was dead. Lets not even get into the rejection many poz guys still face. What if one day you want to settle down and no just fuck randoms? maybe you meet the man of your dreams only to find out he doesn't want to be with a poz guy. Is that exciting? To me whats exciting is that today as long as guys take their meds, be it PrEP or treatment we can all fuck whoever and whenever like its the 70's again. Its exciting that we can fuck raw, and feel our cum in another man or his in you. Its exciting that we can do this without fear, and you dont have to be poz to have that excitement.

Is TESTING required for BAREBACK PORN in the USA, Canada and the UK?
wood replied to a topic in Bareback Porn Discussion
I believe a majority of companies do test, however there are outliers as have been mentioned. I'm kinda not sure how TIM gets away with it if they are paid by the studio, waivers only go so far. With Prep and treatment, HIV kind of becomes irrelevant. With things like Herpes, and HPV, gay men are most likely going to pick those up sooner or later, its just a matter if they have symptoms, most people are asymptomatic for those. The bacterial ones can obviously be cured, but would become annoying on a porn set. IMO what would be more interesting is if anyone tests with the huge explosion of amateur porn. -
alot of people watching porn gay or straight actually want the money shot, so while I bet most on here would like it all inside and then watch it come out, we are likely in the minority. Additionally some people almost think the cum shot is faked unless they see it come right from the dick. Another reason I would say is because you really want to see some indication the top is actually coming, just just saying it. There is only a few actors I have see that there dick pulses so hard that’s it’s undeniable they are coming. While that’s very hot, I doubt most tops even in porn can do that. Also remember that even when the top does cum right inside it’s rarely all the way in because the producers want the cum to be right at the end of the hole so it can leak out then so the viewer can see it.

I don’t need poppers, but they certainly intensify sex when you are getting fucked. What does suck though is when you accidentally get them up your nose

The easiest to response to the OP, and to to a majority of the responses on here is simple its just internalized and institutionalized racism, that sometimes manifests itself in positive ways and or stereotypes, and sometime negative ways. One of my biggest problems with this site is just that. There is always a a fetishization of black men, from all the BBC comments, to "thug" etc, and then there is the expectation from some mostly white people that all black men are somehow going to be sexual gods. Sorry its just not true, and at the end of the day, we actually all have way more in common than we do that different. We all look the same in the dark. I myself am a white man that for most of my life I have found myself more attracted to non-white people, be it black, asian, latino, etc. I cant pinpoint why, all I can say is that I have always like things different from the norm, from cars to art and architecture to men. However, the same thing applies here, at the end of the day a car is a car, be it a rental camry or a very rare limited production model. Men come in all shapes and sizes, and colors, but that doesn't make them very different. This is where the internalized and institutionalized racism come into play. Many gay white men tend to see black people as an object rather than another person, as a big dick fuck machine, rather than a person with feelings, and a life experience just like anyone else. Institutionalized racism is so prevalent that most people don't even recognize it. Its the little things like the surprise of seeing a picture of a world renowned surgeon and seeing its a black man, or the minute feeling in the back of your mind that if a black woman got a huge promotion over you, that it may be because of affirmative action and not simple qualifications. The internalized part is because often they have no clue that what they are doing is actually based in centuries of oppression of black people throughout the world. I think its laughable in the US when we think that we can undo centuries of a racism with one black president. I myself am in a relationship with a black man, and while I surely see his color, his blackness is the last thing on my mind on a daily basis. With that said anyone who isnt blind should never say "I dont see color" by doing that we are ignoring the institutionalized and systemic racism that continues to affect the US and the world. For us however, just like anyone else in a long term relationship its about bills, dinner, sleeping, and hopefully sex, not race. And FWIW at the end of the day, we are almost exactly the same height, weight, and dick size is almost identical with him being slightly thicker. Hes also vers just like me because guess what just because he is black doesn't mean he is a strict top. In fact when we met he was so glad I liked to fuck as well because he was tired of people not realizing he liked to bottom as well. This just reinforces what I said above, being a black man in American is a very nuanced thing, where you are expected to be so many different things, at the same time, yet fade into the background when society tells you too. The black lives matter movement didn't come from the fact that ANYONE thought other lives were less important, it was to draw attention to a part of society that consistently gets marginalized for no fault of their own. However saying things like BBC, or sexualizing black men marginalizes them as well. Im sure this reply is way too long for most on this site, but its something that I could go on for days about.

Pretty much. If you want to get fucked by poz guys that are not undetectable, go on prep and don’t worry about it. Undetectable guys who are med compliment are pretty much zero risk
-
So #1, I don’t want hiv, so let’s make that clear now. But here’s the rest of my story. I’ve been on prep since July 2012, prep came out in April 2012, so suffice to say I was one of the first in the country to be on it. In that time I was a huge hoe for a while. However life changes and now I’m with a guy who is neg on prep himself. 98% of the time we only fuck each other and the 2% where we play with others it’s undetectable guys or others on prep. I don’t have any side effects from truvada but at this point I don’t really need it either. Frankly I’m pretty lucky that the sex with my guy is better than almost any other sex I have. We are both Vers and get and give what we want. My main reason for possibly taking a break is just to give my body a break from medication I don’t really need. I still have plenty on hand as well so if a sex party or something comes up I could easily do on demand dosing. I trust my guy sexually and we are very open and honest with each other but I also know that can change. However I also know he isn’t planning on stopping prep anytime soon. So what are your guys thoughts?

Bad luck or high infection rate in my area?
wood replied to InsatiableBoy's topic in HIV/AIDS & Sexual Health Issues
Honestly it just sounds like your area. Some places are also terrible about sexual health services, like most southern states in the US. Additionally people in certain areas are just very lax about getting tested and treated. Another thing is some people are just more susceptible to infections, you may be one of them. Further compounding both of those things is that certain sti’s are often asymptotic, the people may have no clue they have an infection. With all that said the baths in general are a very easy place to pick up sti’s. Unfortunately I don’t have much advice for you if you want to keep going there other than keep up with regular checkups and get everything treated ASAP. -
I’m a little jaded since I’ve been on prep since jul 2012. (It was fda approved as a preventative in May 2012) but others have mentioned, he just seems like he is new to the game and will come around.

I know this is a long quote but it’s very well said. My BF is black, and unless we are talking politics, race is never part of our dynamic. As the poster I quoted stated, way too many people get caught up in the black stereotypes, some of which are silly some of which are really racist. However as he also stated the contrast is undeniably hot, at least to me. What isn’t hot and what is offensive to most black people is the objectification of them, expectations of huge dicks, amazing sex, etc, all while many white people treat them different in public. Ill stop now because I could go on forever, but I also know this forum is much about fantasy. So that’s it!

Just a note here, it’s not 10 years until AIDS, it’s about 10 years until death without treatment. But that scale can be very variable. It’s estimated that HIV exploded in the US in the mid to late 70’s which is why you saw many cases of “strange illnesses” in the early 80’s. Many were already infected, but the early 80’s is when people started dying. For those people the timeline is roughly 5-7 years.

Question re HPV (anal papilloma)
wood replied to greecenipples's topic in HIV/AIDS & Sexual Health Issues
Pretty much any sexually active gay man has HPV, it’s just a matter of how many strains you have. Most people’s bodies control HPV just fine, so even if you get warts or abnormal cells once, they usually don’t come back unless you are immunocompromised. As for bottoming? I’d wait a week or so and let it heal up well. -
With anything besides water based lubes you will get some marks on sheets. Gettting then out isn’t as hard as you think but prescrubbing is important. Use a bit of liquid dish soap, very hot water, and some borax. You can find borax in most larger stores in the laundry soap aisle. Borax is an amazing emulsifier, and works very well at getting stain out. Then wash the sheets as normal on the hottest water they can take.
-
Exactly. The viral load test involves lab work, antibody tests are a finger prick or gum swab, and waiting a few mins. They can be done anywhere. Hell this past summer they had them at a pride fest I went to. For shits and giggles. I went with a fuck bud of mine who’s poz undetectable, and I’m neg on prep, then had them test us and give us a “couples diagnosis” We both acted shocked for a minute then admitted we were just playing around. ?

You just want hydrocortisone cream which is what most perpetration h is, but look at the label to make sure. If you really want to recover quick go to your doctor and get hydrocortisone cream that’s 2.5%. Any OTC cream is 1%. The 2.5% stuff works wayyyy better. It also comes with an applicator that you stick slightly in your hole to get the cream inside

You already admitted to yourself you can’t stop, and here’s the thing. It’s important to be honest with yourself. If you say things like, is it worth it? You’re just gonna beat yourself up the next time you inevitably have bareback sex. On the prep note, where are you located? There may be options to get you on it faster
-
So about all the comments of you being 100% sure you were poz..... ? from now on get on prep, get regular sti tests, so you don’t spread annoying shit like syphilis, and just live your life!
