  1. Funny, as a guy who rarely ever wears underwear at all, I must have a huge underwear fetish. I've got a huge drawer full of the stuff in all shapes and styles and colors.
  2. Fort Troff (www.forttroff.com) also has a nearly identical product called "Porta Shower Shot" that clips onto the shower head and works like the Streemmaster. There's a short (boring) demo video there too. On the Fort Troff website, search "Porta Shower Shot" or search the two product id numbers: 32001 (basic port shower shot) and 32012 (ultra porta shower shot with a longer flexible nozzle).
  3. I don't think that's true, baggerr. My PA is a completely smooth round ring made a surgical stainless steel. Trust me, if it had any rough edges I'D KNOW because it naturally rotates thru my dick head in the course of ordinary wear. I also rotate it all around when I'm washing it -- no problems. And PAs are condom-friendly too. When I've worn one (and that's not often) the PA jewelry just kind of folds over onto my cock head or hangs in the reservoir tip. Never a problem when wearing a condom either during sex or a prolonged jack off session when I'm collecting cum loads for later use. But if you're nervous, most guys who have PAs can easily remove them for sex by popping out the retaining ball or unscrewing one end of it. Of course, this assumes they're wiling to take it off. I am, and I even say so in my profile lest it scare a few guys off. Rarely someone will ask me to take it off, e.g. to blow me, and I'd much rather remove the ring than pass on a hot guy I'm interested in. Others may have different experiences or opinions.
  4. If you really want to dig into researching cameras with detailed reviews, check out DPreview.com But even a fairly recent smartphone with a good amount of free space would do a fine job, especially if it shoots HD video. Holding it steady (and not enough lighting) is the big problem I see on Xtube.
  5. Low sex drive is not one of the known side effects of Truvada. I just checked Gilead (the manufacturer's) website and read through all the side effect information (on all the tabs there). Nothing about sex drive, libido, etc. You're probably just still recovering from the flu. Last time I had the flu (standard, normal winter influenza) I was wiped out for a few weeks before I felt totally back to 100%. And I was in my early 30s then with no other health problems.
  6. Sexxpigg: I hope you get better too but it's worth telling your doctor about the tiredness and asking. There could be something else going on you haven't thought about. Examples: a vitamin B deficiency, lousy iron levels, all kinds of other stuff that's easy to fix. The vitamin B thing happened to a close friend -- totally unrelated to PrEP, since he wasn't on it then. Don't be afraid to bring it up. For me, the only side effect was some looser bowel movements for the first 3 days (but that may have been a diet-related coincidence). Since then, no side effects at all except for way less worry about sex. My partner, like most guys, had absolutely zero side effects when he started PrEP.
  7. On pissing with a my PA: I've learned the faulty aim and resulting mess is caused mostly by the urine stream trying to follow the curve of the ring because of the surface tension of liquids. If I just push the ring to the side and hold it out of the way I piss much more accurately and can use a urinal just like any other guy. Step a little closer to the urinal or push your hips a bit forward until you get the hang of how to hold your jewelry while pissing. At home, I'm lazy and usually just sit down. I don't want to take time to clean up a mis-spray if I aim wrong. And shake or dry it off before you pull you pants up if you don't want a wet spot because of lingering droplets. But you knew that already. 2-gauge, 5/8-inch captive-ball ring here.
  8. Don't know about the name but the one movie I've seen (Hard Fuckfest) is hot muscular guys who look around 30 years old, lots of foot/socks worship, one smoking/drinking scene and others with 1-2 dominant tops and one bottom. Well filmed but standard pull-out-and-shoot-on-the-ass-or-face professional porn. No dialog. Can't tell but maybe Eastern European produced? It doesn't say. The title cards say Released by Top Hat Media and A Chris Hull Bareback Experience.
  9. I don't know you but I suspect you're more motivated by risky sex than any supposed "jizz joy," chemical-component-of-cum thing. You've progressed from raw fucking but only with pull-out then letting undetectable guys cum in you. Your profile says you like "risky" sex places (bathhouses, theaters, rest stops) and anonymous pump-n-dump sessions. Another post you recently made said you used to be married which probably limited your availability for sex with others. Perhaps now that you're single and "free" you're on a bit of spree. You even daydream about "all the random DNA," so I'm guessing you're more into the quantity rather than the quality of fucks. Risk is part of that too. If you want to keep up this level of sluttiness (and I'm not saying you shouldn't), you gotta maintaining your health if you want to stay active and available and desirable. Go get on PrEP and get tested regularly (min. every 3 months) for STIs (most of which have no symptoms but can do long-term, permanent damage to you). Enjoy your risks but manage them so you can keep doing them.
  10. I too keep a "log" of who I have sex with. Usually short descriptions of the guy, the circumstances and what we did. Sometimes a pic from his profile if we met online. It's just for me; I don't share this "diary" with anyone. It's fun to go back and remember the good ones I'd forgotten -- and useful when I want to remember when I first met someone I want to play with again.
  11. My partner and I are both Neg and on PrEP. We play together but also separately. We're on PrEP because we're neg & want to stay that way. I started taking it first and as a bottom who hates condoms am at greater risk than him (he plays both bare & safe). After I'd been on it a few months, and he saw it was no big deal, I talked him into going on it too. It definitely reduces the stress now that we're both on it. I just don't worry about HIV anymore. I do get tested for all STIs every few months, btw.
  12. Fenway Health in Boston is VERY knowledgable about PrEP and doctors there are prescribing it. (Fenway Health was one of the early trial sites back when PrEP was still being tested several years ago There's lots of info about PrEP on their website. Truvada as PrEP is not in trials anymore; it's fully approved for use in the U.S. and Fenway Health advocates it. ALL insurance companies in the U.S. are covering it.) You should have no problem getting a prescription at Fenway Health from any of their doctors. Fenway Health's own pharmacy WILL DEFINITELY process your Gilead co-pay card along with your insurance so your out-of-pocket co-pay will be exactly $0.00. (They do it for me every single month.) And last, Fenway Health has VERY helpful people who will help you figure out any insurance concerns. Talk to them and they will help you.
  13. Have you considered going on PrEP if you're in a country where it's available? It's specifically recommended for, among others, serodiscordant couples where one person is neg and one person is poz. (Or in your case, three persons.)
  14. Beta Blog (run by San Francisco AIDS Foundation) published a well-written and documented rebuttal to AHF's nonsense and propaganda. It's worth reading and passing on to those skeptical about PrEP: http://betablog.org/ahf-prep-ad-controversy-numbers-mean/
  15. I list myself as Neg+PrEP when that's a choice and I haven't had any bad reactions. If it's not a choice on the site I'm on, I choose "Neg." and put some text in my profile that says something like "negative here and on PrEP." My sex life is pretty good and I get plenty of interest -- from guys who are both neg & poz. I've also had more than a few guys (sometimes from hundreds of miles away) send me a message and ask about PrEP which I'm happy to answer. (I'm a big fan of PrEP and wish more people knew about it -- both poz and neg guys). In fact, I've gotten enough questions that I put together a list of good links to PrEP info that I can offer to share if the guy seems really interested in knowing more about it. So far, at least 3 guys I've chatted with online have started PrEP after they asked me about it.
  16. When I started PrEP I had just 3-4 days of loose bowel movements (not quite diarrhea but not quite normal either). It resolved by itself in just a few days. It could have been my diet that week or something I ate but I attributed it to starting PrEP because I was watching for side-effects. No problems at all since those first few days. I was hoping for the weight-loss side effect but didn't get that one. :-)
  17. In pre-arranged hookups (via BBRT, Scruff, etc.) always. (My status is in my profile text). At bathhouses or other anonymous venues, there's rarely any conversation.
  18. I never got the 1st Gilead co-pay card in the mail. I just printed out the one their website generated and faxed that to my pharmacy after calling to tell them to expect it. I did call Gilead and got them to re-send the card (which they did) but I can't recall what the envelope looked like. Pretty bland I think -- no screaming print to indicate what was inside. I may even have missed the first card and thrown it out with junk mail. You don't actually need the card, just the member numbers and reimbursement codes for the pharmacy off to it. If it comes and your roommate asks, just say, "Oh, junk mail." I don't think it'll be any big deal. Let us know how it goes.
  19. http://www.xtube.com/watch.php?v=t9k6A-G191-#.U-o3tFZEj-Q Fuck, poppers, fuck, breed, raw. (Moaning, verbal, begging bottom - good quality audio with breeding.)
  20. I pay $0/month for Truvada (PrEP). Insurance covers most of it; Gilead's co-pay program in the U.S. covers the rest. My pharmacy processes both insurance and the Gilead card, so no paperwork for me to do. It was no-hassle to sign up for the co-pay program: http://www.gileadcopay.com or 1-877-505-6986.
  21. Gilead (Truvada's manufacturer) will even cover your insurance co-pay if you're in the U.S. It was really easy to sign up. See http://www.gileadcopay.com Most pharmacies simply process your Gilead card as co-insurance resulting in $0 cost to you. If your pharmacy can't process the card, Gilead will reimburse you for the co-pays. For those without insurance who want to go on PrEP, start here: http://www.truvada.com/truvada-patient-assistance
  22. Yes, LittleKingRyan, since going on PrEp, I've been actively seeking and getting way more loads than I used to be willing to take (and enjoying it more because far less worry). Being on PrEP rocks!
  23. NPR is reporting: July 11, 2014 -- The World Health Organization has announced a sweeping new guideline, recommending that all men who have sex with men take antiretroviral drugs to prevent HIV infection [PrEP]. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention issued a similar recommendation in May. http://www.npr.org/2014/07/11/330760909/health-officials-push-hiv-prevention-pills
  24. Blueyedsoul: You should avoid taking psyllium fiber within two hours before or after taking medications. (Read the label, it says that.) Psyllium can interfere with how the medication is absorbed (presumably by absorbing it itself). If you're on Truvada either for PrEP or because you're poz, you probably don't want to diminish its effect.
  25. I'm with NLbear. Sometimes my libido drops precipitously, other times I just want more and more. No idea why. Guess it might have something to do with the circumstances or the guy(s).
