    If you click on your picture you will open your profile, then in the right hand part of the screen there is a box that says "edit your profile" you then click on that. I haven't changed my pictures since the software was changed for this forum. I would think that one of the moderates could also help you, they will have "staff" under their picture. I just looked at my profile and it looks like I don't know how to change my pictures in my gallery with the introduction of the new software.

    If your doctor doesn't know about Prep, she probably doesn't know what test to give you on checking for kidney toxicity, or how to interpret the results. You should get a different doctor, but in the mean time you will have to educate her with print outs

    One doesn't have to take the medication at the exact same time each day, A dose level takes into account that some people will not take it at the same time each day. In the early use of AZT when the dose was overly large (too large) people had to take the massive doses of AZT at the same time in an attempt to mitigate the toxicity. Don't throw hurdles up for your self, and I suggest you get involved with a HIV support group if there's one in your area. This forum also can act as a support group

    The case you site in the link involves some one who claims they weren't notified, but how often does some one press charges after there is plenty of evidence that they were bug chasing, such as internet postings, and explicit consent to be pozzed? I know that in some judicious that wouldn't make a difference, but how often does a person actually press charges with overwhelming evidence of wanting to be pozzed?

    I'm not able to take one of the medications in Prep, but that's the only medication approved for Prep, So........I would just get pozzed up, or wouldn't care
