    Start with larger toys (and get good quality squishy silicone ones). Use a good thick lube like j-lube or x-lube and take your time working your hole open. Once you can manage toys/plugs that are as wide as a coke can then find a good (and patient) top who's happy to spend his time slowly working you wider and wider. Most importantly, take your time.     I found that while tops brag about how they want "a nice tight arse" they then come too quickly or don't get hard enough to penetrate.     You need to work on straightening the colon. Try getting some narrow, flexible toys that are long enough to gently curve round. Once you can manage that you can use slightly wider and more solid toys to open up your 2nd hole.

    Since I started using x-lube I've not needed to have a particular recipe. 2 caps in 500ml of warm water, a few drops of clove oil, shake well and it's good. Far less tacky than j-lube and a lot easier to clean off.
