I was infected the last weekend of March 1999. I had set up my own conversion party. Five weeks later, on May 6, I woke up with a rash from my neck down to my knees. Red splotches all over. Never had the fuck flu,. Both my doctor and dermatologist were stymied. Rash went away in about five days. It never dawned on me that that was my conversion process. Two weeks later I went to get tested and it came back positive. So I missed out on having the fuck flu.

I never experienced fuck flu; and as many as 50% of us never have either.  It is hardly the definitive indicator; not getting fuck flu does NOT mean you're neg.

I was infected several times in June 2023 by a friend of many years whose own "more certain pozzing" I witnessed in 2013.  I didn't test poz until October 2023.  The September test came back "indeterminate".  That was confirmed by a second test, result non-reactive. And a few weeks later at my semiannual STI clinic screening Reactive was the result - with all the usual intake labs following.  But I was looking for even subtle things that might be indicative of sero conversion and really, nothing of note.  Had I not been looking for some metrics or the lesser syptom's in temperature, gut activity, aches and pains.  Absolutely nothing that were I not looking for it, I would have otherwise noticed in the normal course of life.

I met  a man at a bath house - he was undetectable he said. He fucked me, another guy then joined us, and I sucked off a couple others. 3 weeks later I was sicker then hell, even had night sweats. That was last spring. I've tested neg ever 3 months since.

I don't think that I ever had any reaction/symptoms that would have led me to believe that something had happened. But then I also didn't realize that it actually had happened until quite a few years later. But years after that, working backwards from what a very prominent doctor in the field told me as to how long I had likely had it based on my T Cell count at the time of diagnosis, there was no specific time that i could even recall of having been at all ill to the degree that many here describe. I have a pretty good idea who charged me up though. And I had a number of cases of "flu" or whatever years after the fact that sure felt like what people describe. But at the time I was fairly young.. about 22 when it would have happened, and very healthy. So maybe I fought much of it off with little effect. Who knows?

No fuck flu for me. When you were taking bulk cock like I was there was no way I could pin point it

Same. Too busy chasing cock & every other guy who had something to insert in both holes. All I wanted was a cunt full of cum.

My FUCK FLU was pretty bad, mirrored symptoms of a cold but 2x worse -- body aches, sore throat, and feeling like overall shit. Oddly enough, my symptoms came and went... I was sick for about 3 days, then got better, then hit me worse for a week.

I had a strong feeling I had just been converted and took a test and got a call within 2 days to confirm my status as POZ

This is strikingly similar to what I'm going through at the moment for about the past 10 or 11 days.

Savagely sore throat, mild to moderate body aches, but just wiped out exhausted... for about three days, then a couple of days less so, then again hitting me hard. This cycle has gone round for the past week and a half and I'm in a rough phase right now. It's weird. No fever/chills, night sweats, rash (but a few weird body itches) or anything like that, and I tested negative for Covid, so yeah, could be a regular flu I guess, but also

Starting to wonder if this is it, the thing itself...?

This is one of a trio of threads, the others being...

  1. How bad was your fuck flu?
  2. How long did your fuck flu symptoms last?

If you haven't voted/commented on those threads, please do.

IF you know when you were infected (I realize a lot of you don't know), AND IF you had fuck flu... How long after the infection did you get fuck flu symptoms? I know it can be something like 2 weeks to 6 months or more - just wondering what the norm is.

When I got the fuck flu, it was on November 28th 2020. And the day that I got infected, was November 12th. Didn't even realize I had been infected, until June.

When I came down sick back in November of 2020, they said I had covid at the ER. So at the same time I had the fuck flu, I was also scro converting.

I was sick for 3 months. And even after all of that, when they did my initial viral load test it was 2127. And then 3 weeks later it was down to 700

@jd13 get tested and then you'll know...

Well, yeah, that is the only way to be certain.

This could be regular flu but damn, it's a weird flu if so...

@jd13 why not just get to the clinic this week and test?  If you test poz you'll then have the certain knowledge that your cum is poz cum, which is pretty exciting on its own.
