I was diagnosed as HIV+ on March 1st this year - actually I was told I had progressed to full blown AIDS without ever knowing I was poz beforehand. I started on meds with VL at 92,000 and CD4 cell count at 40, and after just two weeks on Triumeq my VL had dropped to just 500 while my CD4 cell count will be much slower in increasing. This gives me the distinction of (probably) being undetectable by now but still having full blown AIDS.

Still undetectable and recently switched from Atripla to Genvoya.

I've been on atripla since I was diagnosed about 3 1/2 years ago. Been working for me and every once in a while I find others on it as well, but I've met a lot more who haven't reacted well to it and switched. I'm waiting another year and a half before switching. Doc says new as yet unnamed drug will be out soon that will pretty much replace most others.

Met a guy in Chicago who wanted to fuck me, but was honest enough to tell me he had a problem sticking with his regimen and had been on various meds already, gaining resistance. His newest meds seemed to be working, but after being on them for a while, he was not at the undetectable stage yet. I was just grateful for his honesty, but I wish we could have fucked. Still, I'm good with my health and don't need to complicate it at this point.

I was just taken off Triumeq because of liver problems.  It jacked my enzyme levels.  I'm going back on Atripla if I have anything to say about it.

Long term side effects of Atripla include bone density concerns and decreased kidney function. There's a new drug coming out soon according to my doc, hasn't been named yet, but should be replacing just about all others. Low to no side effects plus a lot more difficult for the virus to mutate against.

I see my doctor at the end of the month; I'll ask her about it

Got diagnosed 27th Jan 2017,  never started meds and feel great. My breeder told me to stay off the meds, he's gone 5 years med free, and is a toxic poz escort.

Happy with no meds so I can breed my poz seed

I too tested POZ in January of this year.  For me, no meds yet as I have a desire to repay the gift I was given.

I am about 10 days into my fuck flu.  I will avoid "treatment" at all costs.

Got tested positive Oct 2017. Got on Genvoya Nov, and within the next month I became undetectable. I think the 75% of guys that aren't is not taking their meds properly.

I've been on and off meds for 18 years partly because of the fucked up medical system we have in this country. P.S. Veteran here and its still fucked up..My VL has gone all over the place. Complera has kept me stable at undetectable for quite a long time. Undetectable and getting treatment is the new "safe sex". The reality is that someone getting regular treatment from a doctor is waaaay safer than some asshole who claims to be "neg" on some stupid Internet hookup site. Plus getting tested for a bunch of other STDs every 3 months.

The ONLY benefit that I see to being "poz" is that bareback sex is implied. I LOVE bareback sex! It's the most intimate thing that we can do to each other!!!

I have sailed into the harbor of being rejected by uneducated assholes who treated me like I was a leper. fuck those guys...The deepest pit in hell will not even compare to what they will face when they become a "member of the club".

For you guys who are are chasing....be careful of what you wish for!! I will fuck a neg guy and cum deep inside your butt hole, and I don't give a fuck if the the get "the gift" or not (probably not cuz I'm UD).

It's fun to fantasize about it and it is certainly is the ultimate commitment to get "pozzed" ...and sure you belong to the club.....but this club has few benefits.

Once again Tiger you have posed an interesting and compelling question. I admire how you juxtapose the world between fantasy and where the "real world" comes crashing in.

Veterans should receive free lifetime medical care - including HIV meds.

Tested poz in June of 2011. VL 187,000/CD4 125. Doc started me right away on Atripla. 3 months later, VL 75/CD4 225. Been undetectable since December 2011. CD4 always going up higher and higher. It's tempting to go off meds and be a Poz mixer...but nope...not for me.

I’m new to the poz club, yesterday they said my viral load was just over a million, but my CD4 was good.

Reading this thread I don’t wanna take the first dose of meds now. They said my viral load will drop because I tested straight after having the fuck flu. Right now I’d rather take more poz loads up my hole than taking tablets.

I never “officially” been diagnosed HIV+ by a doctor but have tested poz multiple times with Oraquick. First time I tested poz with an Oraquick was over two years ago but I feel fine, asymptomatic really. I don’t really feeel like I need to go in, get diagnosed, and start meds because I feel fine...hell, I feel great. I know that’ll change and when it does I’ll take the meds...just enjoying life now.
