I've mainly been topping sluts in my area. I've also played around bareback with escorts, top and bottom. I've never gotten an STD. That's probably mainly luck. I've gotten gastroenteritis from rimming though. I'm probably gonna avoid unprotected rimming from now on.

Last year I had 5 STD screenings and tested positive for 9 different STIs. I tested positive every time I was screened for anal gono, which I guess is easy to pick up and pass around. Little worrying because I've never experienced any symptoms.

HPV vaccine is pretty much a must, warts are a real hell. For everything else, constant testing is the only answer. I've noticed I never get any STDs in places like Germany and Switzerland where everyone is either poz or on prep; a weekend in Italy where prep is virtually unknown and guys don't get even tested often (yeah it's that bad) and it's almost always at least syphilis.

Thankfully I have a gay doctor who understands how (and why) we play like we do.  I’m able to be straight up with him and see him every 90 days. I had syphilis last year, and chlamydia just once this year.  If your a cumdump like me, you’re going to get it - but I mitigate the transmission by regular testing.

As already said above,  seems like in Germany STIs are not a big deal. I literally fuck a lot in sex clubs and saunas, specially when I am high, everyone can have a go on my dick. I test regularly and never had anything.

In Brazil every fuck brings you a new gift. I've learned to always use condoms there.

It's funny, my experience: Berlin, one night with 11 loads and at the very least, a fuck a night over 8 days. Returned home to Toronto a while later (other trips that pushed ym time away to 3+ weeks) and got tested, nothing. 

Fucked maybe 6 or 7 guys over the next three months and I got Lady Sif, chlamydia and Gono.

I agree. I got Syphilis and gono from video stores and bathhouses. But I have only gotten one Sti from attending private sex parties.

I get treated either when I get my HIV labs done or when I start showing symptoms. I haven’t shown symptoms in months but have gotten fucked so many times.

In the past is be showing symptoms once every month. The ladies at the clinic didn’t like me lol

I get about 1 STI a year, occasionally twice, but that's rare. Given that I have between 600 and 900 sex partners in a normal year, at 2 infections out of 600 partners that's still a three tenths of 1 percent (0.0033) of all partners so I am still doing very well. I regard them as a hazard of the sport and get tested frequently, take PrEP and usually take a dose of doxycycline (works on everything but gonorrhea) and gargle frequently with Listerene throughout the group sex play.

I'm such a filthy pig that I catch a different STD almost every month. This year alone I've caught chlamydia and gono multiple times. I even had a nasty case of syphilis which restricted my sex life to gloryholes and "black out" sex parties due to a obvious lesion on my dick.
