1.  To answer the original post, not much when I'm out at the fuckjoints for the night.  

That said, the un-asked, if ancillary issue is, what does the Top do about it?  

2.  Tops can get down there, and mouth-lube the Hole.  They can offer gentle advice to the bottom, i.e. 'try to push it open for me', 'try to push my tongue away with your Hole', and then affirm that if/when it happens.  Tops can also simply tell the bottom he has to take a few more Cocks before the Top can get in there, and go rut in other Holes for a while and come back later.  

3.  Tops don't want to injure a bottom - they want the bottom to open his Hole up.  Tongues, fingers, toys, verbal encouragement can all play a part in that.  But, if none of it works, then the bottom probably needs a mind-fuck most.
