It has always been a career goal and dream of mine to be a pornstar and I am curious. How do pornstars stay hard for hours at a time

I usually bottom but I have also topped many times in my life, I am just not good at it. I also got into a bit of a porn addiction during covid. I still watch and pay for a lot of porn but not to the extent that I used to. The porn addiction definitely affected my ability to stay hard when round actual guys. It's slowly but surely coming back. I have tried to wean myself off it. 

I know pornstars have to constantly be erect (even the bottoms)

Is this completely natural or do they use medication

I just want to put it out there. I can still get hard naturally. I have used herbal viagra from time to time, i have used viagra in bathhouses (but because I don't have "issue" it doesnt always work.) I can get rock solid as a bottom but sometimes I go to top even before covid I found it hard to stay hard enough to enter the hole

I won't try to get into the porn industry until I get this sorted obviously. I am 25 and its not erectile dysfunction, if anything its just either too much porn and/or nerves

Trimix is the key.  Four hours guaranteed.  Just for the record, I used Caverjet years back, and that worked well for me.  I just always remember to administer that before I do any substances, and I NEVER use a cock ring that I can't cut off with a good pair of scissors.  I went to the ER with two guys that used silver or some kind of metal cock ring and it was a nightmare getting them soft and then sliding that damn thing off.  I did not want the EMT's to use some kind of bolt cutter on them!
