Irony? Well I saw this post on YouTube the other night about a truck driver from the US who was going through Arkansas and when he stopped at a weigh station to have his load checked the attendant made the driver read out some statement in English and then afterwards the driver had to write out the same statement in English. Apparently this is becoming law now under the Orangeman administration. If you want to drive truck in the US you have to speak and write in English. Like I said I saw this on YouTube and it surprised me at the time, but after reading your reply I can honestly say...yes, I do indeed see the irony.
