    When I first started ( late teens ) I was quite rigid with the type of the guys I wanted and I didn’t really deviate from that. as I’ve got older and explored and experienced more sexually, I’m much more open now. although the needs for an attraction is still there I do look for much more I.e common sexual interests and just a general good vibe.

    Honestly there were so many things that made me switch to predominant having sex raw. First the influence of porn, I think as a society we can’t ignore how much porn influences are sexual tastes ( both gays and straights ). Also a little bit of pear pressure, when your friends are doing it and telling you stories you think shit am I missing out here ? but I think for me it was mainly just a case of me maturing sexually. When I first started having sex it was condoms only, I wouldn’t even entertain the thought of raw sex ( this is pre prep of course ) not that I didn’t trust myself but I didn’t trust other guys. Over time I’ve become sexually more confident and more sexually experienced and since Prep arrived I haven’t looked back. Raw sex is natural to me, and we shouldn’t except the shamming that goes with it ( from both inside our community and outside ).

    This is so interesting to me because post lockdown I’m having the same thoughts and feelings about cumdumping but tbh sex in general.
