I put my PrEP to work three weeks after I started by getting repeatedly bred by several POZ buddies including one not on meds. The results don't lie, PrEP works better than anything but abstinence - and that is not an option. Eight months in and HIV is simply is not a concern any longer. Started taking bare loads three weeks after starting PrEP and have not looked back. I assume most are POZ undetectable, but it really doesn't matter and I really don't care. HIV simply no longer concerns me.
