Thank you drscorpio and Rawtop especially. The site is far from perfect but I also thing given the context of the site things are doing fairly well. I also fully approve of rawtops crackdown on some of the “fantasy” stuff a few months ago.

I actually know that guy, and he’s smart. However, I also suspect he’s getting quite close to the end of his unmedicated phase if he wants to live…. At the end of the day it’s up to the individual, but dying a slow painful death isn’t my idea of fun, and PrEP has made everyone go raw, so I’m not seeing a downside to modern medicine.

You need another doctor visit, and it’s important you be very honest with them about your sexual habits. bleeding for three days after anal sex isn’t normal. It could be a simple polyp, or internal hemorrhoid. It could be something more serious, but no one on here will be able to give you an accurate answer.

There are tons of reasons for this, and as long as your are taking your medication consistently, you shouldn’t worry at all. remember the threshold of undetectable used to be a 1000, then 500, then 200, then 50, and iirc it’s 25 now, just as testing methods have improved. So yeah don’t worry.

Complain if you want, but I applaud it, and if you read the rules, there are not that many actual changes than what was technically in place before. I've almost left this forum several times because of obviously fake people, fake stories, absurd ideas about self harm, etc. I know many on here think I’m some sort of buzz killing prude, but my sex stories put 90% on here to shame, including some that are obviously fake. I just don’t have the need to publish it. The simple fact is this. *glorifying self harm is bad. *there are liabilities to those that host those ideas *stds make sex worse for everyone *giving people an open forum for ideas that are verifiable false and or reckless is a bad idea. Before COVID we were in a 1970’s golden era of gay sex, why fuck that up? Prep works, meds work. What doesn’t work? Being dead or so sick you don’t ever want to fuck and 99% of people don’t want to touch you. -
Respect the friendship, and if it happens one day cool, otherwise there are plenty of dicks out there.

There is a multitude of reasons, but the main ones are simple, it’s a growing area, healthcare is lacking, and the younger, generally “healthy” population is sexually active. Additionally for those raised in the south sex education is basically non existent. Then there is religion which basically says don’t have sex at all unless getting a woman pregnant. when you combine all of those things it’s a perfect storm. things like the proliferation of bareback porn also don’t help, but I’d say that has Avery minor role.

Unfortunately, being HIV+ will still exclude you from many policies. I forget the specifics, but I have a friend who works in life insurance, and being HIV+ is a deal breaker for many policies

I am not in one of those fields but I know more than a few who are and have played while on the job. 🤷🏽♂️ it’s also important to remember that people in those jobs often have significant downtime.

I’m cut, and hate it. Exactly. You have to look at this as a case of willful intent to cause physical, mental, and economic harm. In effect it’s not much different than doing something like slashing tires or brake lines. At minimum there is some economic or mental harm even if it’s not physical. I will say again I’m not for criminalizing HIV, but his actions fall into another category.

So I recently got diagnosed with the clap in my ass, not my first time, whatever and it had been a month or so since my test. Anyway, roughly around the same time I started feeling very gassy (both ends), and often nauseous. I would also occasionally vomit or dry heave, which made it better temporarily. The DR said it very likely could be from the clap. Anyone ever have anything like this before? I ask because it’s really effected my life. I usually have an iron stomach that never gets upset so I’m not used to this kind of this, and it’s really bothered me. I started my treatment, so I will see in a few days if it improves.
