Not sure what you are getting at. You would host in a country or cloud which doesn't follow those rules/laws just like the non extradition this is how many deemed illegal sites do it. (easiest example is torrent ones) This is a forum not a company so it doesn't matter if you are in US it's the location the forum is hosted in that matters. Not sure why you selected EU/UK but even so those territories are not as harsh as the US especially when it comes to privacy and the cookie thing was in place there way before US (UK/EU has to be open about these things the court system isn't like US you pay them off) Age verification is if you are company registered there and hosting there which you do not need to do also it's more to do if with paid content or viewing by mobile data. Because some one visits from a different country doesn't mean you have to follow there laws that wouldn't work US laws are nothing like different countries over EU each conflict each other so basically it's down to the user if they are looking at something which is illegal in there country not you. Hackers no matter the country can do anything so I don't really understand what you are getting at with this again this is nothing to do with hosting location or the laws a hacker demanding something from you is illegal in EU same as US. If you are worried that by going to a country which may be less secure security wise fair enough but this is what cloud is for now so you dont have all eggs in one basket. At the end of the day it's your forum so you do as you please

The way it's heading wouldn't it be better for future to switch to a different provider/server which is not covered by US so then you don't have to mess about with changes being done. This is what a lot of other places have done it's not safe anymore to be linked to US and even if you do the changes they have forced in I can see it being a continues thing until no one is allowed to post anything or this place is forced to close If it is matter of cost maybe start accepting donations

I disagree with everything but personal responsibility should come into play. Insurance companies will never lower prices they are in it to make money and cover themselves this is perfect the way the US system is laid out so it's not going to change unless it moves to non insurance system. You sound like one of those people that do conspiracy stuff the government is not going to just cut you off if the system is in place correctly but it's not it goes back to you still have insurance system so that is how government works to run it through insurance. I am from country some would class as poorer nation Thailand and the health care here is far better than US we knew changes need to be made and did them so the universal system is very good for the funds we have available. What do you think of NHS? and not coming from doom and gloom stories media tries to portray this is like tax payers system (I am currently training in NHS my English is not the best and updating from Thai to UK system before i can get the job type I had back home which was Tropical/Infectious disease)

You are the reason why antibiotics are becoming useless rather then use prevention you think it's fine to just get infected because it's a pill job to get rid of it and while you are inbetween your test gaps you are spreading it to others who then do the same this is why the numbers are so high plus those others may not get tested 4 times a year so this can lead to long term medical problems. Again not all HIV is treatable and there is other STD/STI that are not solved by your magic pills I see this daily here in Thailand (in UK I also see infection rates very high on the ones you class as curable so why are they still around then should of been wiped out) If people choose to go down the route to be infected that is there choice but do not expect others to pick up the medical bills and spreading it because it's curable in your book is no excuse

So a condom only stops sperm based wrong as i said before if you have a condom over area infected you will be protected which is a fact and condom use based on medical guidelines is even if you give hand jobs or finger someone you use one this is very basic teaching that I learnt at medical school. testing is not protection by the time you get tested you can already be infected condom use and PrEP is prevention. I am expecting you to come out with next take anti biotics all the time because you do that and PrEP you will be 100% safe.

A condom will protect you if it is covering the infected area. Syph can be spread many ways most are not even by having sex even kissing can spread it so really it shouldn't even be classed as a STD What you going to come out with next didn't protect you from crabs

It's still early days on these drugs so that figure doesn't take in to account variables over long period which why some countries are not rushing in also those are the US stats right in Thailand from the studies we have done for the past 5 years the figures showed 95% for patients taking it daily The thing with trials as well is they tend to select people that have very good health and meet the specs they want as such If you can tolerate the drug it's worth taking any protection is better then none but it wont protect you from other STD/STI

As stated above it can vary each person is different some have no signs others can even suffer for months it depends on how your immune system reacts. I have seen some patients who had to be kept in the hosiptal but this is extreme cases mostly due to other health issues like diabetes as well. It could be it is not HIV but someother illness it happens.
