Hey all- this is an older topic, and I may have even replied to it at some point ages ago. Times change tho- so if you can indulge me - read on. Well, after the year I have had, I should meet your doc. I began getting fucked more than half a century ago and have been a bottom the whole time. Well guys, as a 60+ man, I can tell you the urinary incontinence is a real pain. Mine came about with a failed prostate exam a year ago. After biopsies, the frequency and urgency got worse, and then post fiducial pellets jammed into the prostate and 6 weeks of radiation, I spend about 2 hours of the beginning of the night in a decent sleep, to be awakened by a sudden need to piss. And about a shot glass of piss comes out. Back to bed and toss and turn another hour or 90 minutes and back to the bathroom. This goes on all night. I have been doing meds for the issue, but they are not touching it. And just recently, I was prescribed a recently released drug for overactive bladder ( the urologist feels this is the issue- and a "temp" result of the radiation nearby on the prostate . A 90 day supply of the new drug is $1730 , luckily I have passed the point of having to pay for any meds in 2024. And, I am 10 days into the new drug and still getting up all night long. I have to wear male maxi pads when going out to anyplace in public, since a cough or bending to pick up something can release another shot glass size ooze of piss. That night time bathroom routine has also forced me to wear underwear to bed ( I have slept in the nude ever since my college days, so not a fan of not being naked in bed) The urgency has mostly been manageable at night, however the never empty urethra is an issue. I can sit in there for 5 minutes, with the feeling of being drained, only to have another spurt erupt as I begin to stand up. And the motion of sliding back in bed often sends a small piss pulse out,. So now, at least for the time being, I have to wear underwear with a piss pad 24 /7 . And they might not be too upfront about infrastructure issues you never thought to ask about- like are the water pipes in the city lead based, or is there a huge issue with cast iron pipes decaying in the area, is the city you are looking to live in in fiscal distress and behind on essential services upkeep?) And remember something else- just because a place is a gay mecca today, and you would be walking distance to the popular bar{s} and coffee shops, in 5 years that might not be the case anymore- either the economy killed them; or the boys all moved to the next town away; cashing in for a huge profit on their property where you just settled in, scooping up depressed houses for next to nothing in the new hot spot and doing what we do best- breathing new life into a dead area. And as has been pointed out- what you think the cost of living will be may not even be close to reality. If you moved to Ft Lauderdale for example, in 2000, you could buy a decent house for a little over $100,000 and taxes would have been $700 or so. Now, quadruple that. And that doesn't touch on what others have pointed out- insurance rates have broken a lot of peoples bank accounts- to the point many are having to dump and run. This is not just a FL issue either- but every part of the globe has it's inherent surprise costs. And ,on a sad but realistic point- if you and a partner move here , and in a year the partner dies- do you think there is going to be the support in the new location that you may have had established in the old place?

Sadly WhtHole encountered an issue on here with a chapter of one of his stories, and left the site some years ago angry and hurt. Hey men- I failed 2 PSA tests earlier this year- not massive numbers- 7.8 and the one the urologist ran 3 months later was 7.02 , but when the urologist did the "doctors handshake" and felt the prostate, and based on the PSA going from mid 3's last year to 7, twice, this year, I was sent for an MRI, which indicated an ill defined lesion and a shadow. Within a couple weeks I was being seen by a surgical oncologist and 13 biopsy needles were drawn . Out of the 13, 5 had activity. (Gleason 3+4=7 for those who understand ) When I met with him for the results, he gave me the big C diagnosis, and advised me he could remove the prostate and the problem would be gone. I walked out numb, and very dumb about prostate issues. IF ANY OF YOU are newly diagnosed, I can whole heatedly recommend ONE YouTube channel- Dr Mark Scholz . This man and his partner discuss all things prostate in a very humble, straightforward and plain speak way. I even bought his book on Amazon ( used) When I had more info to work with, I decided surgery was the least favorable path, and met with a radiology oncologist, who not only was patient, but also understood I had done my homework and was able to speak about what he felt needed to be done based on my understanding the various methods. The "prostate grabber" surgeon was all about jumping in and cutting, no other pre planning. The radiation doc sent one of my biopsy samples out for mRNA testing, which came back at the top of the scale for probability of spread elsewhere. A psma PET scan of my body was next, to see if there were tumors elsewhere (thankfully, none) Now that we know what is, and is not going on, a plan is in place to treat this, and hopefully it will be gentle on my prostate and deadly to the cancer within, giving me a little hope for a sex life in a few months.

I tend to think of height /cock more along weight/cock.
