This is something I've wondered about- the policy set forth by Surgeon General C. Everett Koop is that condoms do not provide proper protection in anal sex and are not approved for such application. When was the last time you saw a condom advert specifically and explicitly mentioning gay or anal sex? With that policy in place, are doctors in violation with federal health policy if they recommend condoms? -
In states with marriage equality, they would be required standard conjugal regulations. Insofar as sluts providing 'community service', I know not. Since the scenario was asked from the perspective of Bottom Jim getting bred by married tops, it's not about the married bottoms. I used to have mine pierced. Sensitivity varies on the person, like other piercings, the exact change is unpredictable. I didn't increase in erotic sensitivity but I could feel the texture of fabric of different shirts.
