    Another aspect that hasn't been mentioned yet, is that asking for pics is frequently part of the online foreplay.     My experience at CCBC CumUnion parties is you will get fucked if you want to. At least I always manage to find willing partners. CCBC CumUnions tend to draw an older crowd than most, and don't be surprised if most of the attitude will come from older guys than younger guys. Another feature of CumUnion at CCBC is a constant presence of couples and groups of buddies that like to walk around the orgy spaces to just observe and slut shame rather than participate, it isn't as big of a problem as in some cities since there always seem to be enough guys there that are actually there to fuck. I suspect they are mostly guests of the resort that aren't really there for CumUnion, so they aren't as disruptive as they are at other venues.

    I don't know about Las Vegas, but post pandemic in my travels throughout North America mostly for work, the standard seems to be to only service rooms every 3-5 days. I did notice on my recent sexcation a sign at the Palm Springs Travelodge that a housekeeping visit was required every 3 days, I stayed 5 days without a visit from housekeeping or any sign that the room was serviced in my absence.

    At least central Illinois is closer to Chicago, St Louis and Indianapolis all of which have bathhouse than it is to Louisville. Housing is relatively cheap, taxes are extremely high, cost of living right around the national average. Decent cultural opportunities in Urbana-Champaign and Bloomington-Normal due to the major universities. I can't speak to the current sex situation but 30 years ago casual gay sex was readily available in parks, tearooms and ABS in all of the medium sized central Illinois cities. Politically the northern half of the state outside of Chicagoland used to be consistently ruby red, but the more urban counties have transitioned to purple or even blue in the in the last 30 years, while the southern half of the state has gone from deep blue to ruby red other than a small area in metro-east St Louis that has remained blue in the same time. It is too far from a major airport, and way to close to family for me.

    My only experience with living in a deep blue metro area, is that the casual sex scene is almost non-existent, so I would recommend against making that the only criteria. I'm in much the same boat. Taxes, cost of living and proximity to family are bigger considerations than political leanings, as well as the availability of sex.
