I haven't been very many times, but here is my take on what I have seen and really liked. CCBC is great for hooking afternoons and evenings both during the week and on weekends, I've only gone with day passes so can't comment on actually staying there. I know it isn't true most places, but a majority of men on the hookup sites here in Portland claim to be looking or open to LTR or at least an ongoing FWB situation.
