    Near the top of each page, you should see a menu bar that has your user name with a drop down arrow. Click on the arrow. Select "Account Settings." Once you get to that page, look to the right. Under "Other Settings" select "Notifications" The options you are looking to change should be there.

    You have a really odd notion of what "spam" is. I have never belonged to a forum that limited the number of posts per day. As long as what people are posting is not violating a rule of the forum, there is no problem with posting often.

    The world is full of people who want to police other people's behaviors and desires. I try not to let them bother me. Even my friends who are totally into poz fetish/gifting/chasing have respected my choice.

    Have you discussed with your therapist strategies for dealing with your situation? They will probably be able to give you much better advice based on your sessions than we can. This is definitely abusive behavior. Regardless of whether or not his problem is his own mental issues, he is hurting you. This is not loving and caring behavior. You have every right to be upset and to expect things to change. The sad fact is that you may also have to be willing to accept a companionate (not sexual) marriage or walk away from him.

    You are only able to edit posts for a few minutes after. That's the way the admin has always had it set up. If you want something corrected on a post, use the "Report post" link and explain what you want changed. A moderator will make the edits for you.

    About as close to zero risk as it can be. Undetectable guys cannot pass the virus. Your being on PrEP reduces the risk even more. All the guys who caught HIV while on PrEP were bottoming to the best of my knowledge.

    Changed grandson to son. You can edit your own posts for a brief while after you post. Once that expires, you have to ask a moderator to make changes. You can do that using the "Report post" link or by posting in the thread. Generally, we try to clean up any obvious errors without being asked, but it's not always easy to tell what a poster meant.
