Why avoid actually having sex?

Unfortunately I see a lot of guys doing it these days, even in sex clubs. It is worse in some cities than it is in others. What really gets to me is calling it kink, kink is great if it includes fucking or at least sucking cock, but using toys, or any other of the many forms of kink, to avoid slipping someone some dick or having someone slip you some dick doesn't make sense.
