Since you mentioned CutlerX I thought I would follow up with something equally as, ah, disturbing.   Cutler was fucking this latin bottom like he always does, and the camera man swings around, and there is blood just leaking out in a very direct stream towards the bedding.  No one bothers to say, hey, we have a problem here.  I am not sure if the bottom was aware, if Cutler himself was aware because from that angle I am not sure he could see, but the camera man sure as hell could see.  They didn't stop, they waited for Cutler to cum, and that was it.
