I think that gin joint is Hawks in Portland, there will be FTM there on any weekend night. I've also seen them at the other Portland bathhouse and at least 1 Seattle bathhouse. Maybe there are more people here who have transitioned, I've never encountered one outside of the PNW region. 

What you won't find is gay guys fucking anything that moves.

Masculinity is still separate from the very reality of being a biological man. Butch lesbians are often masculine and encapsulate this perfectly and I'm sure you wouldn't view then as potential sex partners, or perhaps you would? Those sissy guys, bottoms or fembois are still men regardless of what they're wearing or their presentation - it's all a role they're playing, regardless of whether you or I like it or not.

Very confusing. I have commented on a transman being a male to woman. This is how trans are defined in Australia 🇦🇺. I apologise.

So I have had sex with a trans man at a sex party that was male identified. I'm assuming his pronouns here, at the time I just referred to him as boy. He was blindfolded and in a sling. I just asked him if he had a preference for which holeI fucked and he said no. I fucked his cunt since it isn't something I get to do often. I don't see what the big deal is. There are often a lot of individuals I am not attracted to at a sex club, sex party, or bathhouse. I don't take offense at their presence, I just try to focus on the ones I do find attractive and more importantly the ones that I'm attracted to that want to have sex with me lol. 

The only issue I would have would be for parties where cis women and trans women were present, not because I object to them being there, but I don't want the individuals that want to have sex with them there, ie straight identifying guys. So my issue would be more with sexual orientation than with gender presentation.

Different issue. Those you mention are all men & that is what gay men go, to a gay mens sauna for, to pick up with other GAY MEN, not women. I go for coffee, dinners etc with trans men BUT, I don't want to have sex or be watched having sex, by ANY women. SORRY, if this offends😟.
