I've seen some gear there, but the emphasis is very much on the sex. There may be exceptions, but in the US there generally seems to be an inverse relationship to the amount fetish gear and the amount of sex. I almost feel like you have to choose one of the other.

In most of the US, parents are notified and have right to opt their children out of the sexual education portion of health classes. I don't know how prevalent opting out is, but can tell you that 40 odd years ago roughly half of the kids in my small midwestern town were opted out of it by their parents, and sent to study hall. That area has become significantly more Evangelical Christian in the intervening years, so I would guess even more opt out today.

For me personally, I figured out a long time ago beautiful sunny days make me even hornier. As to my observations the local custom both in and out doors, July and August which are usually warm and completely dry is no fucking season, September to November when it is generally cool and rainy, things pick up slightly, December to February when it feels miserably cold (even though the temperature rarely drops below 40) and rainy, is when guys seem least reluctant to fuck, March to June are cool and rainy, so fucking tapers off again. @BootmanLA while that is possible, it is worth noting that while fucking is totally explicitly legal in bathhouses, it is barely tolerated by many of the patrons. I have also been told by the owner of an adult theater and the managers of several ABS that they are covered under the same laws as sex clubs and that it is perfectly legal in their establishments within the state of Oregon as well, but they have the same situation with their customers as the bathhouses.
