Having that group of active regulars goes a long way. That is something I really missed when I moved to Portland, in Denver I could go to either club I was a regular at and have at least a handful of regulars willing to have sex with me, if there was no "new meat" in the club, pretty much any night of the week. In Portland there are fewer regulars, and a majority of the regulars never seen to have sex. I've been watching some of them for 15 years and still don't know if they are top, bottom or versatile.

There are some places where the weather conditions seem to prevent launches almost all of the time. I have definitely noticed living here, that there is more sex to be had from December to February during the coldest wet weather, and almost no sex to be had in July and August when the sun is shining. I guess I'm the exception to the rule, I want to know what they all feel like. Maybe it is because I am truly versatile, but my experience is that it is much easier for everyone who wants to get fucked to do so when at least half of the guys are versatile and flipping back and forth between top and bottom. If you will take an answer from a versatile guy, in my case it is very clearly option A, sheer appetite with limitations based on how many times I can cum.
