My routine is a bit complicated but I am very pleased with the results: I use the Costco (aka Kirkland) equivalents of sugar-free Metamucil (Kirkland Psyllium Husk) and Benefiber (Kirkland Opti-fiber). I take a container of both and mix them together then I repackage. It's messy because of the dust both products produce; I have to do this in the tub with the shower curtain closed and then rinse the tub clean when I'm done. But that way I only have to deal with one container. Using this fiber powder mixture, I take 3 tbsp in the morning, and 3 tbsp before bed. That plus regular movement/exercise and I have fabulous regularity. That's why I go through the labor of combining both products together. I've also discovered the benefits of using a bidet. Done right, it can also be used to give yourself an enema. Combine a bidet with fiber and exercise, and I've never been cleaner. 😃

In my own personal experience, PrEP most likely kept me from getting pozzed even though I repeatedly got fucked by someone who who had been poz for at least 5 years and hadn't gone on meds due to lack of available assistance. Although I continued testing neg, he did manage to give me syphilis so I still had to get treated for that.

Since I enjoy THC & almost never drink, I accepted long ago that jobs in transportation will be unattainable unless federal laws change--would have loved to work for rail or airlines (love travel). Instead I ended up at a major bank and been here 20+ years; I had to take a pre-employment test and used a "detox" drink, unsure whether it worked, but I passed and haven't had to take one since.
