Not to "me too" this thread, but this is something I've always found odd about the dark rooms I've visited: The big condom fishbowl at the entrance. Is this really something that they honestly expect to be used, or is this just meant to appease the public and health officials who'd otherwise want to shut down these places?

I concur, in a really dark room situation, tops will stick their cocks in any available holes. Definitely the latter, but also a holdover from the '90s, when many people actually used them in that sort of situation.
