    Couldn't even tell you how many loads I've taken since getting on PrEP.     Over time medication does begin to lose effectiveness so while it may still work, it may not work as well. It's one thing to take an Advil or Aspirin after the use by date, but with PrEP, I'd just toss it and only take stuff that is still current.
