I agree with this also. I have been to bathhouses and video stores and been a top and a bottom. I am neg and on PrEP so I’m not harming anyone either way. If a guy wants me to fuck him and asks no questions, then I assume he knows what he is doing and understands the risks. If he does ask questions about HIV or any other STD, he has rights too and should not be deceived and it is not okay to stealth him.

I have been thinking about that very thing. However, I’m not sure that in a sexual situation you can avoid COVID19. I have been talking to a buddy of mine who host Sex parties (small groups) at his condo in Atlanta. We have discussed it and the safest way we can think of is finding people who quarantined themselves (of course they could lie) and do anon type, doggie style bb sex. I find it very weird that someone in a bathhouse would talk about every day stuff. I used to work at an H&R Block office years and years ago. I met a tall, handsome, sexy daddy who also worked there. I agree with Atlfukbud 100%. Some guys get into feeling like they are the Top's property, but some of us don't view ourselves as subservient to Tops with no regard as to who they are and willing to do anything they want just because we are on bottom. I also agree that the dark room is fun and, in that environment, you have no idea who is breeding you and that is the fun of it in that situation. -

Hello. I hate to show my ignorance about this topic, but I am confused as to how many days I need to take PrEP again before being sexually active. I have heard of something called 2-2-1 and 5-1-1 but I don't understand what that is. The extent of my knowledge on those is you take it for that number of days before and after sexual activity but I don't understand the reasoning behind it. I have read online that you need to take PrEP 21 days before sexual activity. Another post says 7 days before sexual activity. I know there are a lot of guys out there with good knowledge of the subject. Please let me know your thoughts.

Good for you! I understand the excitement and desire to take a toxic load. I have that desire myself. However, that should be a decision that is made with careful consideration. Many people on this forum did just that and decided that was right for them. It sounds like you did too. I take PrEP and I see a lot of opinions on this forum against PrEP, but again that is a personal decision. With PrEP, I can stop at anytime. With HIV, you make the decision to take meds or not. If your decision is to take the meds, you have to take them for the rest of your life to keep the HIV in check. Also, HIV makes you more susceptible to to other STDs. I have had several of these. Some are not bad, but in my case Syphilis was the worst because it made me very sick even though I had treatment early. If untreated, Syphilis can cause neurological problems and even blindness. What kind of good sex am I going to have at that point?

I agree with Justsexnowatl. It works well for me but I will take it daily if I am hoping to have sex sometime during a particular week. The 2-2 works for me but I take it between my medications about 3 hours apart.
