I am having the same exact problem and frustration you have. I did't go on Prep to become a Top but it is what I was forced to do. I am tired of going to the Colorectal doctor and not get a solution. I tried fiber, I tried a daily dildo stretching, I tried cortisone creams, I tried nefidipine, I tried botox, I even checked a second opinion to no avail, the pain is still there after each time I have sex. Please let me know how you resolve this.

I don't feel guilty for getting out of the insurance company more in copays than my premium, but I think that the government and insurance companies have to start some day reining in on the cost of medications.
