    The current recommendations are to begin treatment soon after diagnosis. One reason is the recognition of U=U (Undetectable = Untransmissable). PozUD guys cannot spread the virus, so health officials want to get guys to that state as soon as they can. The other reason is there is now evidence to suggest long-term health outcomes are better if HIV is never allowed to damage the immune system.

    In my experience if the top is at least somewhat gentle in the first few minutes, then there really is no limit to how long I can take the cock.     Broke Straight Boys and Sean Cody and Randy Blue all claim to use a similar method. If you ever belonged to one of those sites, you notice that the scenes come out in sets; for a month or so you get movies with the same 6-8 guys in every pairing.
