Of course, if you just happen to take a load from a guy who is resistant to both drugs in Truvada, you can still contract HIV. That is why I said "almost impossible."

The medication used for PrEP, Truvada, is used to treat HIV/AIDS, but it is not enough by itself to control an HIV infection. It has to be used with one or more other drugs to suppress the virus. When an HIV-negative person takes Truvada daily, it makes it almost impossible for them to contract HIV. It does not protect against any other infections though.

I had a bad experience with Broke Straight Boys. I probably was at fault for not reading the fine print. After a month, they automatically signed me up for 3 other websites and set off every alarm at Bank of America doing it. I haven't been back.
