This is a very good question. I have been chasing for about a year, with no luck. I do understand the cost associated with it, and I currently do have insurance which would help at least some. With all the current crap going on with healthcare, I have to question my desires though.

Island House by far. If you don't stay there, you can get a day pass. They have a free pool side happy hour, GREAT and reasonably priced food. Erotic Video lounge, and sundeck, indoor/outdoor hot tubs. Only place clothing is required is in the gym. Get the cheapest room.
