This is a very good question. I have been chasing for about a year, with no luck. I do understand the cost associated with it, and I currently do have insurance which would help at least some. With all the current crap going on with healthcare, I have to question my desires though.

First attempt, I got this: GET.ips_sess_id was blank. This can sometimes be corrected by going back to the previous page, reloading that page, and clicking the link again. Second attempt took me right into chat.

Island House by far. If you don't stay there, you can get a day pass. They have a free pool side happy hour, GREAT and reasonably priced food.
