  1. Anyone got any experience if this sauna in Rochester? I’m thinking oof trying one of their naked Saturday events…
  2. Poppers cannot be sold legally in Spain. That said, some bars sell them anyway- Construction was openly selling them behind the bar when I first got there, though they ran out and didn’t get any more. However, there are more reliable options if you know where to go and what to say. You can always take some with you- although strictly speaking they are a flammable liquid and therefore not allowed in your hand luggage. I usually remove the label, and pack a bottle in the clear plastic bag along with my other toiletries.
  3. Just back from a month in GC. Yeah, Construction is hot and always busy- probably where you’ll end up getting most loads. But the Factory naked party on Sunday (17:00-21:00) is also very good- get there early. The other cruise bars are worth a try too- particularly Zoo on naked or bareback nights (check their programme), same with Reds- but they can be hit and miss, and are never going to be as busy as Construction. I would plan on going to one of these bars early doors (22:00-00:00), and then head to Construction afterwards. I think your master’s goal is more realistic than yours- to get 100 loads in a week, you’d have to average 14 a day, which would be tough to do at the bars alone- after all, there is competition from other cumdumps, but then again- you might be hot as fuck! Are you planning to take loads during the day at your hotel? That might up your load count. Otherwise daytimes are pretty tame in GC- though you could always try the Basement Studios…
  4. Blimey! How the other half live 🤣
  5. It’s nice to see more of our North American brothers discovering the joys of Gran Canaria. I met one there recently who told me there’s now a direct flight from Chicago?
  6. Officially, you should raise your hand and a ‘stable lad’ will come over and lead you to the toilet. Unofficially, I would just raise my hood enough so that I could see where I was going, and make my own way to the toilet. Like most London sex clubs, the toilets at the Underground Club are dire. There are no douching facilities, and from memory, there is only one cubicle. Be sure to bring your own douche bulb, which you will have to carry around inside your sock. Take Imodium- make sure you are as clean as possible before you arrive. Concerns about a potential “brown issue” is one of the main reasons I hesitate about attending Horsefair in London (although to be fair, the KitKat club in Berlin is no better…)
  7. Yes, do. I’ve been to both the London and the Berlin versions of this event, and although the London one is a lot of fun, it is a very British affair, in that it allows a very grey interpretation of the rules. Although this generates a relaxed atmosphere of general debauchery where no-one takes themselves too seriously, there is no doubt that it dilutes the original concept to such a degree that something is lost along the way.
  8. This whole topic is coming up ever more frequently in conversations with my fellow Gen-X contemporaries. I’m currently on sexcation in Gran Canaria, and this year more than ever I’ve noticed that the only guys really going for it seem to be ones aged 45 and up. There are very few young guys in the sex clubs, and those that do find their way inside one seem unwilling and/or unable to play, not only with us old-timers, but even amongst themselves. Same with the Dunes. I thought that maybe it was all happening online, but I had a 25-year-old friend staying with me for a few days, and he found there wasn’t a lot going on there either. I did accompany him one Saturday night to the big ‘disco’-style gay bar (Mykonos) and its after-hours sister club (Mantrix), just to see what was happening outside my own cum-soaked bubble: plenty of younger gay guys in evidence there, all partying away with their female friends, so they obviously haven’t disappeared completely. But interestingly, the dark rooms in both clubs were completely dead: it’s clear that sex just isn’t a priority for these guys. I think it’s a shame for us and for them. I enjoy playing with guys my age and older, but diversity is always a good thing, and it would be fun if some younger guys got back in the game. And I really do think they are missing out on one of the great joys in life, and will be somewhat stunted as human beings for the lack of it. I suppose in an effort to minimize the kind of historical sexual abuse that we’re all so painfully aware of these days, these kids have had it drilled into them that they should respect their own bodies and the bodies of those around them. But I think this has unwittingly led to the demonization of all sexual activity. Add to that regular bouts of hysteria about STI’s, etc- and it’s not surprising that young people view sex as dangerous and dirty, and something to be avoided. A new form of puritanism is being born, and although thankfully I don’t feel that at the moment younger generations are in any way judgmental about the disgraceful activities indulged in by their elders, I do fear that that day may come.
  9. Yes, I’m hoping that more ‘real-world studies’ coming out of the US will persuade additional jurisdictions (including the UK) to be more supportive of DoxyPep.
  10. You turn up at the door and pay on entry. Old school, I know- but simple and effective. It’s advisable to get there well in advance if you want a good position as a mare- I arrived about 75 minutes before opening time last year, and was about 12th in the queue. As far as I know, advance tickets are not available.
  11. Some people take an ethical stance against the acquiring and using of antibiotics without a prescription, based on concerns about their unregulated use leading to increased microbrial resistance. Others may be worried about sourcing drugs from online pharmacies in general, because they fear they may not be to the same standard as drugs sourced through official channels.
  12. Doxycycline has not been approved for use as PEP in the UK, and so is not available at the moment through official channels for this particular purpose. However, it is easily (and cheaply) available online. Some people are uncomfortable going down this route, for various reasons. However, it’s not that long ago that Prep was also unavailable through official channels, and had to be sourced online, so there is a precedent for this.
  13. This is the situation I’m in at the moment. I remember that in one of the original trials, it was recommended that no more than 6x100mg pills should be taken per week, so I’m sticking to that- basically taking two pills every 2nd or 3rd day…
  14. I just edited my measage: if I had to choose between Amsterdam and Paris, I would pick Paris.
  15. Depends how long your trip is. Berlin-Amsterdam-Paris-Barcelona-Madrid (in that order) can be done by high speed train. As well as being great sex hotspots, they are all wonderful cities in their own right, and would good you a good taste of different European cultures. Don’t bother with London- you’d need a separate visa, and although there is stuff going on sex-wise, it’s not as accessible as in the other cities mentioned. Also don’t bother with Italy, Portugal or Greece. Again, they’re great places to visit, but from a sex tourist point of view, they’re just not up there with the rest. If you can only fit in three destinations, then skip Amsterdam and Madrid. If you can only fit in two, then choose Berlin and Barcelona (all of Spain is wonderful, but Barcelona probably has the most going on).
  16. I completely agree with you on this one, @hntnhole- in fact I’d take it up a notch, and say that there can actually be something quite spiritual about anonymous breeding. When the identity of the individual fucking me is removed, then I feel that I am being fucked not by Mr. Nobody, but in fact by Mr. Everybody. He becomes the embodiment of all men, and as I disappear into that vortex of lust and sexuality as he thrusts his way into my body, I feel that through him I am making a connection to all of mankind, and by extension, the universe in general. It’s a wonderful thing, and I am driven to repeat it over and over again- hence the whole cumdump thing.
  17. I haven’t come across this term before, and don’t know what the guys who use it mean when they self-identify this way… but I’ve certainly seen plenty of what I consider to be ‘passive tops’ in sex clubs, etc. They tend to sit on a bench, often all in a row, slowly stroking their cocks and presumably waiting for an ‘active bottom’ to approach them. The bottom is then expected to suck the top’s cock and eventually end up sitting on it, while the top does absolutely nothing, and generally looks disinterested in the whole situation. I sometimes have to stop myself labeling them ‘lazy tops’ rather than passive ones- after all, as a ‘passive bottom’ I’m no better, and just bend over on a fuck bench waiting for tops to approach me.
  18. ALL types of men go to SBN, but mostly just averagely manly men in their 30s, 40s and 50s… some older, some younger. Oh yeah- Hardon is on January 20th… could be a busy weekend for you!
  19. Hehe- I’ll be there at the same time- will say hello if I see that hot tattoo next to me on a fuck bench! By the way, Bunker has closed for good, so hopefully there will be even more tops squeezed into the other bars!
  20. Thanks for the update, @EuRawBull. I‘m arriving on Thursday for a month or so, and will check out the situation for myself. I’m not a particular fan of sex in the dunes for all the obvious reasons, but sometimes it’s nice to take a diversion through the cruising area on the way home after a day on the beach, and as an amateur botanist, there’s so much interesting flora to discover.
  21. Check out the following websites for upcoming events and see if anything takes your fancy: jamiehp.co.uk (SBN on Sunday afternoons is the biggest weekly naked event in London and is consistently good) undergroundclublondon.co.uk (various fetish themed events held in a smallish venue near Kings Cross) bunkerbar.co.uk (decent cruise bar in Hoxton with various regular events) You should also check out the Vault (Vault139) near Warren Street, which is currently London’s most popular cruise bar. Best nights are naked nights (Mondays and Thursdays), but your dates don’t seem to align with that… Other than the above, you have the saunas, of which Sweatbox and Pleasuredrome are the best. Sadly it’s the wrong time of year for outdoor cruising at Hempstead Heath!
  22. @EuRawBull, is it true that the police are using drones to patrol the dunes these days, and if so, has that discouraged cruisers there? In the past, the general consensus has been that it’s pretty safe after 2:00pm, because that’s when the police knock off work for the day. Do you know if that’s still true?
  23. Generally not. Saunas sometimes have rules prohibiting the wearing of any clothing, except on designated days. I recently went to Northwich sauna on “Jock Day”, when unsurprisingly some guys were wearing jock straps (most were not). Speedos would definitely be a no-no: one of the defining features of a gay sauna is the atmosphere of everyone being pretty comfortable with being naked around each other. Some saunas even have ‘no towel’ days, when being naked is compulsory: make sure you check Pipeworks’ daily schedule before you go.
  24. Ah- I’ve just seen your latest post: I don’t know Pipeworks in Glasgow, but I’m sure it’s pretty similar to all the rest.
  25. I see you are based in the UK. Which sauna are you considering visiting? In the UK, all ‘gay saunas’ will have actual saunas, and most will also have steam rooms as well as large jacuzzis and sometimes small swimming pools. In addition, they will have lots of private cubicles (some with gloryholes), and usually cinema rooms playing porn. There will be a bar/cafe area too with a lounge, where is usually frowned upon to engage in sexual activity- you will be quite safe! Half the fun of visiting a sauna (bathhouse) is exploring its facilities. A floor plan isn’t necessary.
