  1. There are a number of Congresspersons (somewhere around 20 at the moment) that are calling for the President to abandon the Presidency immediately. They want him to abandon his office now, as in today or tomorrow. He already has tons of committed electors, which (I assume), he would hand over to Harris, but the hundred million or so in his campaign war chest is still in question, at least to my understanding. That said, I'm no professional politician, we have to come to whatever understanding we can via various media, print/televised/online.
  2. Yeah - some folks call it Heaven. some folks call it The Great Beyond. There are inconveniences no matter where we live, but give Ft. Lauderdale a re-consideration .... you'd fit riiiight in !!! 😇
  3. You've just made the case for all the "snowbirds" flocking to South FL during the winter months. Suddenly (usually just after T-day) the streets are struggling to handle twice the normal traffic, the streets are full of "street-legal" racing cars thundering down the side streets, and the fuckjoints are full of guys ready for 'fun in the sun'. It's just the opposite when May/June roll around, and they all go back home for the summer, There's remarkably less traffic, but at least the fuckjoints are still fairly full, and the quotient of "real" pigs improves.
  4. 1. In the event that Biden steps down (apparently unlikely, but ...), the Vice President will automatically be sworn in as President. The Democratic Convention is in mid-August in Chicago this time, at which event she should be placed in nomination for the upcoming election as President. The President already has enough "pledged delegates" (to him), and presumably (if he steps aside) he would appear at the Convention and transfer his delegates to Harris. There could possibly be others vying for the Nomination, but Kamela would be very difficult to maneuver around. I have a sneaking suspicion that most of the Congresspersons who have already gone on record that the President should step aside are more concerned about their own election rather than the good of the Nation. Nothing new about that, I reckon. 2. If any of the above actually happens, I predict that the Democrats will win in November fairly authoritatively. I'm not as sure about the two houses of Congress though - the Dems may well lose control of one or both. I may be wrong, but with all the attention being paid to the Heritage Harlots, the Dem base is as "anyone but trump" healthy as ever. More, we can't forget how angry women across the country, red states and blue, are about the abortion issue. The only question would be, if someone else (Congressional member, perhaps) would make a serious play for the nomination. If successful, that Congressperson would be blamed for the destruction that may well follow in January. But in the end, it's the voters who will decide. 3. I think trying to judge the President's acumen in running the country by mis-speaking names of folks, walking like the old man that he is, having an extra piece of toast at breakfast, one lump or two in his coffee, on and on and on, only creates mischief that the Dems sorely need to get over and done with. I'm sticking with the President first, and if necessary, his Veep; she is eminently qualified. 4. I'm also making the case for voting for only Democrats; i.e. Straight-Ticket Democratic voting. That will help restore decency in the local and state-wide elections, which is also most important.
  5. Given the parameters you laid out, I'd guess that's a reasonable figure. Small, 60,70 year old houses (2 br, on a decent-sized city lot, some have had pools added) are running around half that figure or more these days. More, if there's a pool, less if it's a rundown dump that needs total renovation. Many of the houses in the "hood" have been renovated, quite a number with pools added.
  6. Allow me to insert a qualifier, if you will .... "it's dems (who don't bother to VOTE) that may put America and the world in those hands"
  7. I don't blame you - so be sure to VOTE STRAIGHT-TICKET DEMOCRATIC in November.
  8. To the OP though .... As far as I'm concerned, I don't care if the fuckjoints are full of married guys on the dl ... they're there to either fuck, get fucked, or suck Cocks off, and they need it raw. A Hole fucked full of loads by raw Cocks - gay, straight, or in-between - is what matters. That's it; they're queer enough for me.
  9. Well said, PozBearWI. One event that happens historically, usually spaced out by a century or so, is that as the population of the world increases to the point (thanks to advances in medicine, technology in food production, etc) that conflicts arise that result in mass death (the advances in technology apply to instruments of war-making as well, of course). Up until the last century, the technology of war-making didn't kill populations wholesale, as has become the inevitable result in advances in military technology. Humanity almost got there in Europe, with mass bombing, and did crack open the door to total destruction in the skies over Japan. Prior to the beginning of the last century, it was mostly earth-bound armed-forces of one nation against armed forces of another nation. marching in military units attacking/defending other, opposing military units. Presently, and since WW2, the scale of mass murder in combatant nations has reached gigantic proportions, and the weaponry of todays various armed forces seems capable of sending the world back to the 18th Century. With increasingly scarce resources, burgeoning populations everywhere*, the ancient bent towards killing one's (perceived) enemies carries a greater and greater threat to the world. The self-centered notion of "to the powerful go the rewards" now means greater food resources, greater industrial power, or, put another way, survival of the fittest, and the extermination of the less fit. It's the authoritarian governments that lead the way to the brink of human destruction, in the name of preserving their populations at the expense of the less powerful/advanced. Today we see that same, ancient rise taking place, with the conservative (in the sense of conserving scarce resources for one group of a nation's population, at the expense of others). Clearly, this ancient trend is apparent in the US presently, with (apparently) millions of Americans resurrecting ancient, pseudo-religious magical beliefs to justify the mass-murder of those they perceive as their enemies, as opposed to their friends, family and neighbors. Given the historical outlines above, it's expecting a lot of any particular generation to overcome the instinct for self-preservation (assuming that notion has merit), and learn to share rather than kill. Learn to advance the notion of 'we're all in this together', and similar sloganeering. That said, we currently have a substantial portion of the population in the US that has fallen into the ancient mindset of killing off - either actually or metaphorically - a substantial population of the US. Notice that the head of Project 25 actually threatened this very action, when he recently said "it will be bloodless, unless the Left prevents it" - or words to that effect. There is simply no reason the citizens of the US should fall into this ancient "fatal flaw" of humankind. We don't need to kill each other off. We need to co-exist, share our technology with the world regarding food-production. We need to be magnanimous in our "plenty", and take care of our fellow human beings. We don't need craven billionaires, dictating through their donations, what kind of Government, Federal Courts, Voting Rights, Human rights on and on, we should have. We need regular folks deciding what's best for the country, and exercising their right to vote. I don't care of the President is having difficulty speaking in long, cogent phrases. I care where his heart is, where his mind is. How his Government functions for the betterment of all, not merely the few. Simply put, we aren't required to listen to the ancient messages of hatred being repeated, we need to listen to the voices of hope and generosity-of-spirit. This time around, it's living vs. not. *Everyone on Earth wants to fuck - at least it's not us that's contributing to the explosion of human population 😉
  10. Perfect answer to a ridiculous question. Perfect resulting action on your part too.
  11. To the OP, they obviously do !!! Glad you had a great, fulfilling time of it, NWUSHorny !!!
  12. I'm with you on this. I know I've been fucking raw Holes for decades, which has been / is my goal. I don't get why the minute* details of each fuck is important enough to be recorded. It's the next fuck that's more important - not the already-accomplished ones. But, to each his own, right? *(my-nute)
  13. That's always the case with any incoming Administration: it's the entire purpose of having a Vice President in the first place. When the votes are in and counted in any presidential race, the Veep is "in place", up to speed on a daily (or hourly, for that matter) basis, and ready to assume the reins of Government at any moment they're needed. That's automatic. For any Democratic official to suggest otherwise would be the affront to the long-standing "norm".
  14. That's what the President has been saying for a number of days now, and I believe him. He has no intention whatsoever of abandoning the race, and the more noise he hears about it, the more he digs in. So, what to do? Obviously, he can't be forced out. There will be Congresspersons whispering in his ear about it's time for this or that, but it sounds to me like he's determined to stay the course. And, I support him 100%. Here's why: The other guy is at least as foggy mentally as the President. The other guy has zero ideas (fresh or old) about policy, how to achieve them, just vague, word-salad mumblings about nonsensical issues. The other guy is at least as foggy every single day as the President was at that so-called debate. The other guy is within shouting distance of the President in age, clearly so out-of-shape that his physical health must certainly be compromised. Any guy at his age, that corpulent, painting his face so people don't notice the sagging, clearly has physical issues. Some are calling for the President to undergo cognitive testing. I say, either both undergo those cognitive tests, or neither. All the talk means nothing, but if push comes to shove, both the President and the other guy should be maneuvered into being tested. Either both or none. Some are calling for a "fresh face" to be nominated at the shortly-upcoming Convention in Chicago*. I say we already have a duly-elected official, eminently capable of stepping into the Oval and assuming the Presidency, were something worse to happen to the President. I might point out that some voices are even calling to step over the Veep, which would be political suicide. Imagine the rage - the unmitigated rage our Black friends and neighbors would feel about that slight; that would be political suicide, as well as a blunt insult to a most capable woman. The talking heads on the news channels are scraping every barrel-bottom they can find to dig up political no-bodies in their incessant stirring of the pot. For instance, Mike Quigley (90th) of the HoR. I remember him well, all the characteristics of a "downtown hack" - without a scintilla of his own thoughts. These constantly "talking heads" on the news channels are only feeding the frenzy, in the name of "almighty ratings", quoting inane polls, talking to nobodies (those that do count, know better than to sink into that quagmire). We've heard nothing from the actual leaders in Congress so far. In the event that the President suffers more episodes, he will do what's best for 1) the Nation, and 2) his health. He's already accomplished so much more than the other guy did, and the US is the better for it. I stand with the President, unless he comes to another course of action. *I well-remember the last one .... heady days, those !!!
  15. To the OP directly though, the title of the thread is a bit of an oxymoron. Using the word "cheating" in the title implies dishonesty between the two partners, and from the get-go. Hardly a sound foundation for any relationship. The solution would be an agreed-upon prior arrangement that each guy can get outside sex whenever he wants/needs/has the chance to get it. The details of each "outside" fuck either could be shared or not, depending on the agreement. That would, obviously, remove the dishonesty aspect, and neither guy could feel "cheated" on when the clearly inevitable happens. At the very least, if one guy doesn't want outside sex to happen, he'll know going in that the other guy does (and almost certainly will) "cheat". One "rule", laid down with both guys agreeing to it. Pretty simple.
  16. As I see it, this is totally correct. You can listen to advice from other guys that have experienced more than you have, or from medical professionals, but when all is said and done, it's up to you to decide what's important, what's crucial in your life, and then make an informed decision. Remember; it's your life - whatever you decide after serious reflection, will be "right" for you.
  17. Sounds like Doctor topblkmale is a first-rate internist to ME !!!
  18. To a woman or another man?
  19. I've probably mentioned this in some thread a year or 3 ago, but I'm sure I've fucked poz guys in the fuckjoints I go to. It would be absurd of me to think that I haven't. I'm sure I've felched poz loads out of guy's Holes/mouths too, for that matter. What's important to me is the fact that I've taken all the precautions to prevent hiv, and there are no precautions to prevent the lesser bugs (other than barriers, which obviate the whole point of fucking in the first place), and prevents the whole reason to fuck in the first place. I get tested more regularly than the medical people suggest, so in my mind, I've taken all the steps I can to prevent serious illness, and still maintain the kind of life I need. It's a matter of making informed, thoughtful, well-reasoned choices, as I see it. Some behaviors are too important to me to discard. Every person needs to figure out for themselves how to keep balance in their lives.
  20. To the OP though, what greater sexual pleasure is there than celebrating our Lusts with our brothers - eating Sperm-filled Holes together, felching the loads back and forth together, bottoms sucking cum-remnants off Cocks that have just fucked the bottom next to them, every guy sharing what he's received, every Top sharing the previous guy's load. What could be more egalitarian than that !!!
  21. I realize you're forced to travel to get the pigsex you need, but I assumed you do live there from your profile. Thus, whether or not the municipality of Portland realizes it or not, you've been crowned the Pride of Portland by those who "know" you - those of us who've read and appreciated your superb commentary. It makes the rest of us Princelings of Portland, once-removed. 😉 We're all "family", in that sense, no matter where we live.
  22. Well said, tallslenderguy. I'm no arbiter of how other guys order their lives, but to me, ^ obviates any real "connection". I don't see how the kind of connection we're discussing can exist, when lies, untruths, deceptions are part of the mix. To me, it's like trying to mix oil & water. Never the less, I wish both guys the best .
  23. I'd call that part of the "connection" I sometimes go on about. I suppose what it brings into question is, what - exactly - is "reality"? What you experience is completely real - as "real" as anything else. While it's not a physical thing like a hammer or a car or whatever, it's still, none-the-less completely real for you. The act of Breeding - pumping my seed into another man who needs it - is just as real, in that I'm connected to him and he to me. In that sense, you and I are two peas in a pod. I don't overeat - but I do eat my fill 3 times a day. That's a biological necessity that everyone needs to fulfill, just like sharing sex (maybe not 3x a day though !!!) I'm not a medically trained man like you are, but it makes sense to me that the semen - a man's essence - can affect the brain in wonderful ways.
  24. Well, can't stop what I've never done in the first place. But if I'm still amongst the living, I'll damn well VOTE against them. Even if it's only out of a desire for self-preservation, we need to vote Straight Ticket Democratic in November. The down-ballot positions are just as important as the big, national positions.
  25. Excessively hyperbolic? Hardly. I'll lay you 10 to 1 that's not merely a current plan, it's been his plan since he first squeezed his fat-congealed ass out of Turd Tower to announce last time around. The only shred of logic around most of his domestic official acts points to exactly that result. He wants to be a "lifer" - so long as it's not in the clink. Worse, he wants to take as many decent folks with him when he croaks out his last lie.
