I say #7. I measure at 7.5" and thicker than average. When I see people identify them as 8" I typically am bigger than them. Any fiber supplements that use psyllium I think you're going to find a similar risk if you take it with medications. An acquaintance made a video where they took the PFM and put it in a glass of water to demonstrate how it expands, and meds can get stuck in the middle of the fiber glob. I do question this video as it doesn't truly represent what happens in your digestive system, which will churn and push food, drugs and fiber through it. To be safe though, I space my meds and fiber at least 2-3 hours from each other. When you get into a routine doing this it becomes easier. I put it into my pill organizer thats portable, and pop whatever I need to take when ready.

There are many strains of Corona Virus, it's quite possible that they got a completely different strain one of those two times. Also, New York was able to trace back many of its infections back to the Europe because of mutations that were seen that were consistent with Europe, but not Wuhan China, so it is not entirely out of the realm of possibility of a re-infection of a more similar strain. Hopefully the body would be better equipped to fight off a second infection if the immune system is not compromised. I personally have had a strain of Corona Virus a few years ago, but it wasn't as lethal as this one. Long story short was in the hospital, but mostly for monitoring.

There's a lot of issues with how the disease is spread. I am a medical professional and I think the scariest thing is not knowing if my coworkers/patients have it because it can be spread without showing signs. If you're paying attention to the media you'll know that there is a lot of concern over personal protective equipment shortages, and the term N95 is brought up a lot. An N95 is typically used in hospitals when a patient has, or is being ruled out for airborne diseases such as Tuberculosis or Varicella (chicken pox). The CDC and World Health Org say that healthcare workers need to use an N95 during certain scenarios with these patients (in all honesty it doesn't make sense) and the way we are supposed to protect ourselves indicates that the disease is very easy to pass. Long story short, a gloryhole is not going to protect you from this.
