Hey good man. I have been watching this all very closely via independant media sources from here in England, and it all seems very intense over there. I am not 100% certain that the military presence in DC is there just for inauguration security.

If it were me and I lived in a densely populated U.S city I would just to be on the safe side lock the door to my home on the evening of the 18th, and not emerge until at least the afternoon of the 22nd, thus not setting foot outside of my front door for 4 nights and 3 whole days. On a practical survival level I would make sure I had enough food and a supply of bottled water to last me during that time. That is personally how I myself would proceed.

In the insane situation of blackouts, cell phone outages, and the invocation of the EBS occuring I would approach those situations in a calm and rational manner; don't panic. I can understand how that could alarm some people. Definitely nothing to be worried about.

it’s not the US military that you see in the streets of Washington but it’s a national guard which is a different force.We live in New York City so we’re pretty safe nothings really going on

Hope Jessy is safely "out of the woods" and his next HIV test cums back Neg. Also hope he restarted his PrEP so he can continue to be slutty (just like me) w/a greatly reduced chance of Pozzing up.  Yup, like many on this site, I fantasize often about taking HVL Poz loads, getting a bio-hazzard tat and gifting chaser whores...but in truth, I don't need or want any potential serious health complications.  Hoping he just had a bad case of the flu...same thing happened to me a couple of years back...bad flu like symptoms and night sweats (actual wringing wet Ts and sleeper pants), coupled with my sleavy pig bud's revelation that his HIV meds had stopped working and he was now toxic. We had a couple of sessions of nasty/raunchy pig sex just a couple of weeks before the symptoms broke. Took a couple of HIV tests over the next couple of months from our local SF-based gay health clinic and they both came back neg. I had dogged the bullet.  

It will take a few more test in the next few months. He is back on PrEP 

I've heard the tales about Backstreet in Atlanta when they tried to do without a liquor license, it wasn't pretty.

In NYS selling Liquor with out a license is more than if you robbed a bank.
