I was sexually active before HIV/AIDS was a thing people knew about, so I learned to fuck bare. Here is the COLT Studios page for that scene. You can watch a clip. Near the end of the clip you can see the lamp that is in your original image. Based on the quality of that original image, I think it was probably a promotional shot from the video shoot rather than a still. That would explain why the background is slightly different.
