promiscuity At what age you began to lose counts of the different people you had sex with?

Personally, by the age of 16 I almost forgot how many I had been with, the last I remember was 91, from that number I completely lost count. I know that the majority of LGBTQ community are promiscuous. I am currently in a polymourous open relationship with this guy who is caring and nice, we live separately but we get together once or twice a week, we both introverts and like to stay home snuggling and watching movies, talking about the sexual encounters that we had during the time we were apart etc...

by 26 i could still count them all in my fingers 

by 27 i discovered anon hookups w guys, abs, back rooms at clubs, etc and this is where is all started to blur.

Honestly, i have no idea how you guys even come with with these numbers. 91 guys and you could still remember them all? how?

I started going with guys when I was 15 or 16, so how many men I have fucked or have fucked me, or I have blown or have had sex with in bedrooms, cottages/tea rooms, outdoor spaces, clubs, saunas over the last 50 years I really wouldn't know. It must be in the 100s. Sad to say, though, the number has dwindled radically in the last few years.

By the time I finished college I had lost count.  What was so nuts is that I used to try and remember their first name and where I hooked up with them.  This was before the time of phone apps or even hook up sites, I found men at college, in certain areas of the city I lived in, and yes the numerous ABS scattered in the downtown area.   I went to the baths, which were a convenient walk from the bars I went to.  My home town really wasn't into "carding" like you see today. so it was not difficult for a 19 year old to get into a bar or club.  I went out both Friday and Saturday evening from the time I was actually 18, so even if I met one new guy a night the numbers just added up.  Take into account the  fact that during the week I went to the gym, so I scored there, and Sunday afternoons were a good time to find guys as well.

I counted the guys I shot a load with.  Doesn't matter if it was anal or oral, if I would cum, he made the list.   Tbh, when I sit down and try to calculate the number of guys I have hooked up with it makes me sick to my stomach, not kidding.

i assume this is a reference to ageism. Fact of life i guess 😜it's partially why i'm currently such a slut: i see the window closing and i want to get as much action in while i still can. 

still, after i got both divorced and vaccinated and started hookin up again, i read an article about a published study finding the average US male had 6 sexual partners. i thought 6!? like in a weekend? turns out it's in a lifetime! omfg life is a banquet and most poor suckers are starving to death. lol

I kept pretty good track until grade 9 and then it just started being so many men on such a regular basis that I quickly lost count so by the end of the year I could only estimate. thats when I first realized how much of a slut I am. by the time I was ready to graduate from high school I couldn’t even give you a rough estimate and was already finding it difficult to guess how many guys within the previous week so I switched to daily load counts lol. eventually even that became challenging.

Dating had nothing to do with it, things weren't as open back then, even in California.  Most of these were anon hookups, at tearooms, parks, shopping malls, college campuses, and book stores.   There were likely less than twenty during those years that I dated or interacted with other than sex.   The advantage of the pre internet era was that to even communicate with another guy, you had to be there in person, there were a few phone sex services and there where the personals ads in local newspapers and gay porn magazines of the day.

I remember the controversy that came up when Wilt Chamberlain's second autobiography was released in 1991 and he claimed he had slept with 20,000 women, I did the math , he was 55 at the time and claimed he starting having sex at 15,  Once I realized that only came to 3 every two days, and at the time I was doing it with with 4-6 guys per day on average( I was only 25in 1991), that his claim was very achievable.   I have likely done more than 10,000 myself.  I slowed down a lot while in a couple of long term relationships.
