For most people, shit play is considered one of those things you are supposed to ask about. There is a practical issue, too. I understand both of those feelings, but without PrEP, they cannot be reconciled. If you take anon loads without meds to protect you, you will get pozzed eventually. In the type of situation you are describing (a bareback orgy), guys will lie. They will tell you they are negative even if they are poz. They will tell you they will not cum inside you even though they plan to. If PrEP isn't an option (and I understand why it isn't), then you have to either not get fucked bare or accept some risk.

I have been taking loads bare for over a decade. It's nice to now have some protection. I had some stomach upset at first. It got better over time and went away entirely when I started taking it at bed time instead of in the mornings. I haven't had a lot more sex. Part of that is I started PrEP right as the school year ended. It's always slim pickings in the summer in a college town in the country.
