8.5 x 7 and......8.5. Totally agree with @find91. Having a 0g PA usually helps weed out a lot of guys when I tell them I don’t take it out no matter what, but somehow it tends to make the size and party queens even more annoying and obsessive. -

The difference for me at least is that it’s not strictly a top/bottom D/s thing with a script and a preordained conclusion. It’s an actual struggle between two equally matched vers guys to see which of us can overpower and force the other one to submit - doesn’t matter in the least whether it’s him or me. In fact, if the session is long enough both of us will probably wind up getting overpowered and fucked by the other at some point. Tell me about it. I like a “fair fight” - fighting other guys like me to see who can overpower the other one and get him to submit, but unfortunately finding guys who want to match you blow for blow with equal force is pretty rare. Go to HR and tell them he’s creating a hostile work environment and that you’re going to file a formal complaint if it doesn’t stop. You’ll have to tell them how and why but that should be enough for someone HR to investigate, talk to him about it and document it in his file. Most HR departments take this kind of thing very seriously.

I’m Cuban and one of my exes is Black. When we were together we experienced some racism in the Cuban community, but it was mainly due to the fact that he was American, not Black, and didn’t speak Spanish very well. TBH we experienced the same thing from his Black friends over our relationship...but we were lucky and had each other (and each other’s backs) so we didn’t pay it much attention.
