try "cytokine storm" as a search term... (I got that idea from this paper, among others: [think before following links] https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/22743035/. --- I need to get out more....)

Did you do any search through PubMed? [think before following links] https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov I ran one search, but I had difficulty coming up with keywords.

Under the previous system, I had reached “slut” level (though having attained that status far earlier in real life). The new system puts me at “experienced.” A perfect translation to the new system….

Well, damn... chapter 22 was the perfect ending to a great story. Reading the soul-stirring and intensifying bond between Chris and Greg left me a bit misty-eyed. Thanks for this story, and I'm more than happy to wait for the next one.

That's a better review of the particular bathhouse than I've seen in some time.... And the OP was spot on about the first place (the one with the "full" parking lot).

Every chapter has been worth the wait..... But as @jeffny456 observes, you managed to repeat yourself.

Prostate Cancer diagnosis

To my short list of June 15, I'll add the two papers, based on patient interviews, which I've attached to this posting. Prostate Cancer diagnosis
ejaculaTe replied to Cubbtm4poz's topic in HIV/AIDS & Sexual Health Issues
Like iosam, I too don't know much about prostate cancer. But I do know it's possible that, for whatever reason, you won't get many responses here. If I read the medical journal articles correctly, the medical establishment is just figuring out that during and after treatment, gay men might have quality of life issues that are different than those of straight men. It looks as if these two websites might provide the information and insight you're looking for: [think before following links] https://healthunlocked.com/prostate-cancer-gay-men [think before following links] https://dansjourney.com/resources/gay-men-and-prostate-cancer/. There's also clinical guidance about anal sex after treatments: [think before following links] https://www.news-medical.net/news/20190610/Worlds-first-clinical-guidance-on-anal-sex-after-prostate-cancer-treatments.aspx. I hope that this is of some help, especially on those nights when you're wide awake at 3 am thinking about this. Good luck.... -

Effective February 2020, Australia reclassified the substances: amyl nitrite can be obtained, without a prescription, from a pharmacist; isopropyl nitrite was banned; and butyl nitrite, isobutyl nitrite, and other alkyl nitrites were available on prescription only. Two years ago, the Australian Dept. of Health analyzed samples of poppers available for purchase both within the country and from overseas. Eight samples of poppers, labelled as "leather cleaner," were purchased from local adult stores. All of the products represented in the labelling that they contained "alkyl nitrite." Isobutyl nitrite was identified as the single major ingredient in all of the products. Ten samples were obtained from overseas retailers. Five samples contained isopropyl nitrite, and the other five contained isoamyl nitrite (aka isopentyl nitrite). Eight of the ten contained the type of nitrite claimed on the label. The other two, stating the ingredient was pentyl nitrite, actually contained isopentyl nitrite. Why does any of this matter? tj87's doctor could tell us. Isobutyl nitrite was designated as a cancer causing agent in 2006 in the UK, and isopropyl nitrite replaced it as the active ingredient. After isopropyl nitrite became the most commonly used compound in poppers, doctors in the UK and in France were seeing patients who had used poppers and now had impaired vision. There wasn't anything like a "smoking gun," but the patients' medical histories and use of poppers suggested that isopropyl nitrite affected the retina in a way that isobutyl nitrite did not. The medical journals and the Australian Dept. of Health summary report are attached. %22Poppers maculopathy%22 -- an emerging ophthalmic reaction to recreational substance abuse.pdf Adverse ophthalmic reaction in poppers users | case series of %22poppers maculopathy%22.pdf Case report | Poppers retinopathy.pdf New chemical composition of 'poppers' linked to retinal damage Harms associated with these recreational drugs should be reassessed, urge researchers -- ScienceDaily.pdf Testing of Alkyl Nitrite 'Poppers' | Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA).pdf Foveal damage in habitual poppers users (Abstract).pdf

If the doctor only lost his license, he'd be the luckiest SOB on the planet. In the real world, not the fantasy world some of us inhabit, the doctor would be looking at a prison sentence of substantial length.

Where did you get (or give) your last load?

that's a great description..... -
Back in my younger and wilder days, I would occasionally tell a close friend that I had hooked up with X. If my experience with X had been unsettling, I would definitely mention it to my friend. Otherwise, I kept my own counsel about who I had played with on a weekend. Over time, it became known that I didn't disclose who I had been with, and I ended up meeting guys I wouldn't have expected to meet.

I'm instantly thinking of "Tales from the Crypt." There'll be a couple of nightmares in my sleep.

If the smell can get past my congested sinuses, I’m turning around and going home. My other criterion for leaving — do I think I’ll have to shake my shoes out when I get home? Alternatively phrased, should I run my gym bag through the dryer on the “incinerate” setting?

Increase on getting ghosted on apps?

Bah... the only dumb question is the one not asked because the person didn't want to appear dumb. -
You're not the only one discouraged by the inability of the smartphone generation to type a question into the search box located in the upper right corner of apparently every page on this site. (And the search engine rawTOP uses is really good so there's no excuse not to use the search function.)

Perhaps better than having writer's block.

^ ^ ^ ^ This. Back in my working days, the HR person and I would have this type of chat with every new hire. That enabled me to jump on violators with both feet.
