BBRT is down for everyone, this is not a localized outage. It's been unreachable for 14 hours and 28 minutes according to isitdownnow dot com.

Wonder if it'll come back.  Their twitter feed mentions something about a DDOS attack years ago but you'd think that'd have been fixed by now.
