This is going to sound really random. As part of turning 40, I want to check off a few things from my sexual bucket list. For the ones who do manage to "keep" their age at 49 (or 39, and so on with the 9's), I think it's failure to understand that there are a variety of men out there that are into the older age brackets. I think some of us are missing the point here. What turns on a top is going to depend on the top himself. I'm vers(ish), so I've been on both sides of this. I find that as a bottom, what I like to do is give indications to my top that I'm enjoying what he's giving; making noise, grabbing hold of his hips to let him know I want him inside me, and vocalising how much I want his seed when the time comes. Locker Room sauna, which is in south London near Kennington station, tends to skew older as far as sauna goes. They have themed nights, so just be mindful of the day of the week. Nothing too out there, though. Tuesday nights are CIYP (Cum In Your Pants), which is underwear night. Fridays and Saturdays tend to be compulsory naked nights, but you still have a towel. Mine has switched many times over the years. I started out as a bottom because every guy that I had sex with wanted to fuck me. I was using condoms in those days too; I never actually enjoyed it, but I was enjoying the sexual attention. Nothing to be concerned about. Mine has gone as high as 1200 before, but there have been wild swings over the last 6 1/2 years of being poz. In the UK now (at least at my clinic), they don't even check your CD4s every time if you're maintaining an UD viral load. -

It's part and parcel of the brotherhood, but you can do things that keep you in the game as much as possible. I can't stress this enough, but TEST, TEST, TEST! I'm UD, so I only need to go and do my usual HIV bloods half-yearly. I do pop by once a month though, just to make sure I haven't picked up any other bugs in the meantime. And, as slutty as I am, I do try and suss out situations/men where I don't feel completely comfortable. Anytime there's drug use, I steer clear (more than one reason for that). I also do have a discussion about this ahead of a hookup. It's not 100% bullet-proof, though. Any guy that thinks that a discussion about STI's is a "bone killer" probably has one, and I steer clear as well. As has been mentioned above as well, if you find a clinic/doctor that is genuinely non-judgemental, it helps. If you feel comfortable getting tested, and feel that you won't get the third degree when something pops up, stick with them.

There's stigma on many factors, but here's my thoughts. Stigma around fucking (or getting fucked bb) has lessened, but I've noticed with myself that I don't get responses from guys on PrEP. Even though it says very plainly on my profiles that I'm UD, and have been for years. On the flip side of that, I was with a group of mates recently (non-sexual) and it came up in conversation about our sexual proclivities. Many were being very condescending about bb and guys who were into it, so even in the advent of PrEP, there's still stigma out there.

I've gone between slim, stocky, slightly chubby, then back to slim and have been a cumdump throughout. Since being diagnosed, I've been in two "serodiscordant" relationships. The first one, we did use condoms, the second one we started out using them but then stopped. I've been UD for six years now, so there was no risk of transmission to either partner, but I left the choice up to them. I gladly explained U=U to both, but I wasn't going to force either one of them into a decision. If you live in a city where you have access to a bathhouse/sauna, then I'd suggest that; neutral ground, and you potentially have other options if things aren't working out. Even in small-towns, you have known cheap motels where you can split the cost for a couple hours or so. Personally, when I know I'm going to a gangbang or big sex party, this is what I do: I lay off eating anything for around 8-10 hours (similar to what's described above). I was given this advice by a top buddy a long time ago, and it's worked like a charm since. I try and set up a few hookups in the leading days. The times that I do top, I'm the same. I find changing tempo and alternating between fast and slow is good for my bottom. Only the really aggressive bottoms will try and "milk" me (which I actually hate; after all I'M supposed to be in control then).
