Well, if that figure was anywhere real, it must have been juuusst before the Bush housing crash. I arrived shortly after that, and found some extremely reasonably priced properties. Well, the Tropical Depression has not yet passed half way on the East Coast, and the streets are flooded. I had some required business to get done today, and missed some of the rain.
